act two; twilight - new moon

SINCE ITALY, THE CULLEN'S HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED BACK TO FORKS, AND BELLA HAS BEEN EVEN MORE GLUED TO EDWARD THAN BEFORE, IF THAT'S POSSIBLE. Eleanor and Luca spent a lot of time together, but they always did, so it wasn't that different from before.

Carlisle was not happy with Alice bringing Eleanor to Volturi. There was a whole argument about it. And now there's some tension within the house.

"Do you have any idea the trouble you've caused? The Volturi don't know about Eleanor for a reason. They were going to kill her and Luca, and that would've been on you." Carlisle raised his voice at Alice, something he didn't tend to do with any of the 'children'.

"Carlisle, don't be so harsh." Esme whispered from his side. The patriarch vampire of the coven took in a deep breath and pecked Esme's forehead.

"How do you think they would've reacted to a group of vampires raising a human, then bringing another human into this, then a third? It looks awful on our half. And God knows what they could do to her, you, Rosalie, me, any of us. My intention was to keep it quiet until they've been turned, so there's no harm." Carlisle's tone came off much quieter.

"In all fairness." When Eleanor said those three words, she heard a few groans and received a few eye rolls. "Grow up. As I was saying, if Edward hadn't had a dramatic little tantrum. We wouldn't have even gone to Volturi, he wouldn't have left Forks in the first place." Eleanor reasoned.

"So it's all my fault?" Edward snapped, he did not like getting blame put on him, even if he was the one to blame.

"Yes." Rosalie and Eleanor said instantly in union. "If you hadn't decided on uprooting us because of a slip up and a paper cut, we wouldn't have moved. You wouldn't have gone all emo, even though it was your idea. And you wouldn't have nearly been decapitated by Aro. You could've left on your own, not made all of us go, only to disappear in a random country." Eleanor scoffed at Edward. She truly despised him sometimes.

Bella had decided to get the whole family together in one room. They all stood where her birthday was held. Everyone seemed separated, but remained next to their partner. Including Eleanor and Luca.

Edward and Bella stood partially up the staircase. Bella stared down at the whole family, "You all know what I want." Bella broke the silence, "And I know how much I'm asking for." She looked between everyone.

"Do you though?" Eleanor remarked, "Because it doesn't seem like it, not at all. You're too attached to him for your own good." She added.

"Eleanor. Be nice." Carlisle warned.

"What about you and Luca?" Edward defended Bella, like always.

"We have a healthy relationship. I didn't try to kill myself because an obsession moved away. And I didn't go to get killed, exposing me and Luca which was dangerous, because I thought the reason I had made the whole family moved committed suicide." Eleanor shrugged.

"Umm, the only thing I can think of for it to be fair is... to vote." Bella swiftly changed the topic.

"Don't do this." Edward semi-pleaded, only to be met with a shut up.

'The reason she's turning doesn't even want her to turn. That should end the vote.'

"Alice?" Bella asked first, knowing it was highly probable, maybe even definite that the pixie like girl would say yes.

"I already consider you my sister." Alice walked over to embrace Bella, "Yes." Alice confirmed after they broke apart.

"I vote yes." Jasper spoke up, "It would be nice to not want to kill you all the time." He added, the ending made Eleanor feel bad, was the thirst for Jasper so bad that the only thing he wants to do around Bella is slit her jugular open and drain her of every one of blood her body contained.

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry to both of you for how I acted" Rosalie looked between the couple in question, 'Bullshit.' Eleanor thought, Rosalie was not the kind of person to apologise for how she acts to someone she doesn't like. "And I'm really grateful that you were brave enough to go and save my brother." This confused Eleanor, yes it was a worthy cause, but she never thought she'd see the day Rosalie thanked Bella.

"But this isn't a life I would've chosen for myself. I wish someone had been there to vote no for me. So... no." Rosalie finished, Eleanor rubbed her arm, she knew this topic had been hard for Rosalie, and Rosalie had never given an opinion for Eleanor, she didn't want to take Eleanor's life away, but she couldn't stand by and watch her wither away till she died.

"i vote hell yeah." Emmett grabbed Bella and sirled her around in a circle. "And we can pick a fight with these Volturi some other way." He added, after putting her back on the ground.

Bella looked over to Carlisle and Esme, "I already consider you part of the family. Yes." Esme smiled.

Carlisle took his arm from Esme, and walked towards the staircase where Edward stood. "Why are you doing this to me? You know what this means." Edward questioned.

"You've chosen not to live without her. Which leaves me no choice. I won't lose my son." Carlisle's answer was pretty obvious. And only one person had said no, and five yes. Majority rules.

"Eleanor? Luca?" Bella turned to the only two she hadn't heard from.

"I think I speak for Elle too when I say this. We're not even vampires, so I don't think it'd be fair for us to chose. We can't vote for you to become something we aren't, it's not like we could say it's a shit life you don't want, or everything you've dreamed of. We simply do not know." Luca reasoned, but he most likely would've said no, so would Eleanor. Bella has brought unnecessary problems to the family since day one, and they wouldn't want to continue to deal with that.

"Are you also turning?" Bella questioned.

"Most likely, where your Edwards bloodsinger, we're genuine soulmates. Confirmed by Marcus Volturi. And I'm their daughter, their sister. We've said they don't want to have to be stuck whikst I grow old and die." Eleanor answered.

"When you eventually turn, it'll be best to do it after graduation. Makes it easier." Carlisle said to Bella, and Bella looked at the other two humans, they knew what she was going to ask.

"Yes, but we're going to travel for two to three years first. Make the most of what we can whilst we still can." Luca smiled at the thought of going to Europe, Australia, Africa, and many other hot climates.
