Chapter 5 Im already dead

I slowly started to wake up. I remember everything. Every time I blink I see Barry crying. I felt someone's hand touch mine
"Barry"
"Don't worry I'm here"
"Glass was in my stomach, I couldn't breath, I fell." Tears started to role down my face
"Hey, don't worry everything is fine now"
Me and Barry kissed
"I love you Jessica and I don't know what I would of done if you died back there"
"Thanks to you I didn't" I smiled
"Do you want a drink Jess"
Umm, yes please..."
"Water got it" Barry said interrupting me
He walked out the room

The doors quickly get locked and triple threat was now in the room with me
"It was a shame you didn't die back there, so I just came here to warn you that I will be back to kill you and Barry won't be around to save you this time" triple threat got closer to me.
"Stay...stay away" I said getting ready to push the emergency alarm
"Go ahead the doors are locked any way"
He started to push down on my cut on my stomach. The pain was unreal. I screamed hoping someone would hear me but no luck. Blood was everywhere
"I could just kill you now but where's the fun in that" he was pushing even harder on my stomach. I didn't know what to do!!
"BARRY" I shouted at the top of my lungs

Someone was trying to get in, I was hoping it was Barry and I was right. He rushed to the window to see what was happening. He saw triple threat staring at him but yet still pushing down on my cut. Triple threat finally stopped and walked to the window where Barry was. His hands where covered in blood. Triple threat started to write on the window using the blood from him leaning on my stomach.
"Enjoy you're last days with her, Barry Allen because soon she will be dead"
He unlocked the doors and ran.

I looked up. The window was covered in writing. I could just make out what it said.
"Shes already dead you just don't know it yet".

What did triple threat mean by this?
