I smile at the woman, then introduce her to Matilda, and then Elliott.
"And this is-" I start to speak but Elliot interrupts me, "Elliott!!" Lina laughs at the young blonde boy, and then introduces herself to him. "Hi Elliot," she pauses, "I'm Lina, Carlos's girlfriend." Elliot giggles at her, "I have seen you at the racetrack, on t.v."
Lina laughs at the boy, "Yes, I watch Carlos race, maybe one day we can all go when you get better of course." Elliott nods at her quickly, as everyone laughs at the little boy.
Charles thanks Carlos and Katalina for bringing him the bag, and then they exchange goodbyes. "It was lovely to meet you two," Matilda says with a smile. "You as well," Lina smiles.
"It was great meeting you, I hope to see you two in the future," I share, as Lina hugs me, She whispers in my ear, "We will see each other in the future, there's no doubt in my mind." The couple leaves, and then Tilly decides to do the same, calling it a night.
"I love you, text me when you get home."
she rolls her eyes, then jokingly adds, "Okay, bye Mom!"
Me and Charles laugh at her comment, Elliott looks up at her, confused, "She's my mom, not yours." Tilly laughs at E, then gives him a goodbye kiss on the cheek, "I was just joking, love bug."

The sun peeks out from the window of the hospital room, slowly waking me up. I go to move but notice Lana's head in my arms. I give her forehead a soft kiss, then look over to see if Elliott has woken up yet.
Seeing that he was still asleep, I then text Carlos.
Morning, Carlos! Thank you for bringing me everything that I needed. What do you think abt Lana?
I swipe out of the app, but Carlos replies almost instantly.
