"Dad I've to practice for my upcoming match , it's not possible for me to go today"
Mr lu - cheng , Mr chen is my close friend and it's our responsibility to take care of chen jia if she'll be working in our company ,you must accompany her atleast on her first day
Lu sicheng - but i assure you Mr Park  will make her understand everything regarding the position also he is the most experienced one in the marketing department. She'll be in good hands if Mr Park will guide and mentor her
Mr lu - I understand that , but Mr Park is not coming for few days because of some family emergency. That is the main reason I'm asking you to go with her on her first day.
It'll be rude if we let her go alone so please understand cheng
Lu sicheng - but.....
"I know you'll understand the situation, also she is your childhood friend which is why she'll feel comfortable around you."

"Ok" he replies him back and  agrees to go with chen jia. Though he could not say no to his father after Mr lu elaborated the situation,he was still denying the fact in his mind that he'll have to accompany his old friend. It wasn't particularly about the match that he has to practice for .He just knew that he can not be normal around her like he was before. He knew he'll be  uncomfortable, he knew he always gets frustrated whenever she tries to talk about her feelings although he tries to handle it calmly .He hates the fact that if anything happens this time it won't only affect him but also tong yao and their relationship. Which is why he was trying to take some precautionary measures by staying away from chen jia

Tong yao enters the room when lu sicheng was in the closet changing his outfit
" You going somewhere?" She asks him while sipping her cold coffee in the tumbler
"Ahhh there you are and here I tried calling you  a zillion of times " he closes his cupboard while zipping up the sweatshirt and look towards her.
" Huh ? Call ? Ahhh I'm sorry cheng I think I forgot my mobile phone on gaming desk.
He nodded in agreement and sit besides her on the bed
" Dad called me a  few minutes ago" he initiates the conversation while looking towards her
" He told me to accompany chen jia and to show her around the marketing department."
She was still, totally freezed  as soon as she heard the line.The moment she came into her senses again, she kept her tumbler aside and maintained a direct eye contact with lu sicheng and gasped
" Ohh ,is it ? You must go then"
He was confused looking at her , what he imagined was the direct opposite of what tong yao's reaction really is.
He thought she would be upset knowing about cheng and jia going somewhere alone.
" You are not upset ,right ?"
"No ,why would I ? She was your good friend at some point of time , it's a new city for jia so you should definitely go with her. She responded with a smile.
Lu sicheng sighs as he smiled slightly. He was relieved by the fact that his fiance understands him and the situation really well.
" I'll be back in few hours" he tells her as he holds onto her face
"Mhmmm ok"

In the company hallway
" I'm here for the first time but literally like already in love with this place. Cheng , I must say the company is very well designed." Jia keeps on praising about everything about the architecture and how everything is organised with so much of grace.
I'm glad you liked it lu sicheng speaks up while pressing up the button of the lift.
Everyone stood up and greets him with utmost respect as he reached the marketing department on 4th floor.
"Please continue with your work" he said all of them and moves forward to enter his father's office room .

I've been waiting for you" Mr Yaki ( Mr lu's assistant)  bends down a little to greet lu sicheng.
Lu sicheng - Good morning Mr Yaki!!
Father must have told you about jia joining as our new marketing internee.
Mr Yaki - oh yes sir , please allow me to show you both the way towards Ms jia's cabin.

" Yes yes yes yes jiejie just one more kill" chubby shouts out the loudest for cheering up tong yao who is  aggressively playing  solo with lu yue.
" no no no not yet please" lu yue rapidly pressing over his keyboard's buttons to win over tong yao's moves
" Wohooooooo we wonnnn" Lao K, and chubby screams loudly as they saw victory written on tong yao's computer screen when she finally played her last move.
" Ahhh here you lost again against our champion mid" Ming  smiled as he pats on lu yue's shoulder.
" Tong yao ,you were amazing" Ming praises her while writing down some tactics on his little notebook
" Lu yue  you should focus more "
lu sicheng is gonna get too angry if he'll get to know that you lost again  today"Rui slams lu yue
Lu yue - fine fine .Don't start all over again. I've already improved alot can't you all see,huh ? Anyway don't you guys dare tell cheng about today's solo!!

" Ahhh you greedy jerk!!  I don't have too much money to spend on people like my brother do " lu yue says annoyingly and promise to treat them with a good meal for today's dinner
While the surrounding was all cheerful and everybody were mocking each other ,there was tong yao who was completely lost in her own thoughts.
" What must be he doing in the office?"
" I hope he comes soon" " what if they go somewhere else after all there work is done after all they met after such long time" " should I call him?"
"Huh no no I shouldn't " " I definitely don't wanna be that possessive kind of fiance". She nodded  unwillingly without even realising that she is in the hall,sitting  between everybody.
