Lu Sicheng didn't stop walking until he found himself in a secluded park, far from the roaring crowd and the chaos of the arena. The world around him was a blur as he slumped onto a bench, head in his hands, his heart heavy with the weight of everything that had just transpired.

For a long time, he simply sat there, numb to the passing of time. His thoughts spiraled, consumed by a mixture of guilt, anger, and a deep, aching sadness. His mind replayed the argument with Tong Yao over and over, the shock of her confession, the weight of the truth she had been hiding from him. He had always prided himself on being strong, on keeping it together for the team, but now he felt like he was unraveling, piece by piece.

In the dim light of the park, he let the tears fall freely, not caring who might see. The tears were not for the loss of the match, but for the deeper, more painful loss he felt inside-"I'm to blame for this , I should have noticed. I should have been there for her."
"How could I have been so blind?" he whispered to the empty park, his voice breaking.

As the team reached the ZGDX base, they were immediately swarmed by reporters, their microphones thrust forward, and cameras flashing. They began bombarding her with invasive questions.

"Tong Yao, is it true you're battling cancer?"

"Why didn't you tell your fans earlier? Were you trying to hide it?"

"Lu Sicheng seemed furious during the match-did your illness cause friction within the team?

Tong Yao stood frozen, her face pale, struggling to process the barrage of questions. Before she could say anything, Lu Yue and Lao K stepped forward, shielding her from the cameras and the harsh words.

"Back off!" "She's not answering any questions. Have some decency." Lu Yue says

"This isn't the time or place. Show some respect." Lao K continued

But the reporters pressed on, their questions becoming more pointed, their tone more aggressive. "How could lu sicheng, the captain of your team just disappear from the arena? Did he forget about the professionalism just because of his personal messed up life?"

Lu Yue clenched his fists, barely containing his anger. "I know what you're all trying to do here by instigating us all but just remember: if you don't back off right now, I'll make sure all of you spend the rest of the day in lockup for breaching our privacy." This is your last warning."

The reporters hesitated, sensing the seriousness in his voice, and finally began to disperse, though not without a few lingering shots and murmured remarks. As they moved away, Ming put a comforting hand on Tong Yao's shoulder "Let's go inside Tong yao" He speaks up.

In the hall

The team gathered around Tong Yao, who was still trembling from the confrontation. Her face was pale, her eyes red from crying. Ming sat beside her, his expression filled with concern.
