Difficulties

She smiled after she felt those familiar arms completely wrapping her up from behind
" You're back" she asks
" Mhmm ,a few minutes ago , what are you doing here in the garden? I kept looking for you inside the base , lu sicheng asks
" Ahh cheng  leave me , anyone could see us" she tried to change the topic to hide how much suffocated she was feeling inside the base with all bad thoughts in her mind after communicating with the doctor
" Let them " " they all know you're mine" his grip tightens up
She sighs, trying hard enough to control her tears as she says " look who possess more childish behaviour now"
" Ofcourse it's you and everyone else ,and I'm your responsible captain ,I need to bring y'all back to your senses again with my scold  " he says while placing her chin onto her shoulders
She turns around , gazes at him as she questions " is it ?" I don't see any captain here ,all I see is a scoundrel roaming near a charming princess.
He laughed listening to her answer as he replied " the scoundrel might be just drooling over the charm of the  princess which is why he roams around her all the time"
She smiles and hugs him tightly and he holds her tight as well . Minutes passed by but she didn't leave.
Shorty , what's happening? Are you all right ? He senses something and asks her directly unaware of the fact what she is going through right now.
"It's nothing, why ? " she keeps her grip intact
"It's just that ,I've never been lucky enough to get a hug from my scaredy cat for an entire 10 minute"
"Lu si cheng!!! I'm not scared of anyone"she scolds him
"Ok ok ",he smiles and ruffles her hair
"Just stay still ,don't leave me please" she gasps in her low voice
"I'm not leaving you" he continued to hold her tightly while rubbing and patting her back.

She needed it, 'The Hug' 'the arms where she feels the most comfortable and relieved.'
And finally she was calm ,feeling better than before as she let go of him.
He cups her face as he asks "is it the pain again?"
"I'm fine ,don't worry"  she nods in disagreement
"Cheng!! I wanna tell you something" she speaks up
" The doctor called me"
"What ? Why ? What did he say ? This must be about the reports , let's leave for the clinic right now  , I'll go get my car keys"  he panicked
" Lu sicheng ,don't panic, it's about the reports but we don't have to go to the clinic now" she tries to make him clear
"What ? Why ? He asks while stressing out
" He....he  said that he has to book a last minute flight because of some emergency work so he won't be able to meet us today "
"What about the reports then ? Didn't he tell anything about the reports?
"He did"
"Calm down cheng  ,he just said that it's an inflammation in the tissue due to overconsumption of junk and packaged products "
" How could it be ? Is he sure ?
"We should meet another doctor if he is not available,let's consult another good gastroentrologist" 
" Lu sicheng ,there is no need ,he is a good doctor .It must be because of junk food only .You know already  how much KFC we consume.
"I'll just stop eating junk food now for a time being and will try to consume more water and stay on a healthy diet."
"Are you sure you don't wanna meet any other doctor?" He asks in worry
"I'm sure , I'll be alright just don't worry ok ? She keeps on trying to fully convince him
" fine but promise me if you feel any minor discomfort or pain in the body ,even the slightest one ,you would tell me ok ? Just promise me ."
"Mhmm ,I promise cheng"

She wasn't sure ,not yet ,either to tell him or just keep the information to herself. She decided to take her own time so that she could think clearly and choose what to do.

A week later
ZGDX team reaches the onmyoji player arena for their match with CK.
" It's your first time watching the live match right?" Lu yue asks chen jia who desperately wanted to watch the live match and most importantly she was excited to see lu sicheng's performance.
"Yes ,right ,I so wanted to see a live match of our cheng .I already can feel the enthusiasm and aura of cheng among the audience ", She expresses her excitement
" jia you're wrong this time , I know cheng has a massive fan following which we all can never think of exceeding but just look around , they are holding shorty's  banners"
"I'm so happy that shorty is getting the recognition and love which she deserves  after years of hardwork"  Lu yue corrects jia while walking in the corridor to enter their allotted team room
" I didn't know you've bonded so well with tong yao " she reverted back as she couldn't digest that the goofy lu yue said all this
" Umm yes we keep on fighting with each other ,but I guess this is what comfort is to me"
She scoofs in disbelief " ok ok fine but don't you dare give my place to anybody else or else I'm gonna kill you."

ZGDX team won their first round of the match against CK with maximum kills by Tong yao followed by Lu sicheng ,Lao K ,Cat and chubby.

"Shorty , how much time will you take ,it's time to go for the second round"  Lu sicheng knocks washroom's door
" I....ahhhh(she whispered) ....I'm coming in five minutes !!"  She hides her pain and tries to reply him in a normal voice.
"Ok ,I'm waiting outside" he says out loud to make her listen.

" Lu sicheng ,what're you doing here? The announcement has already been done for the team to come back, you should leave" Rui says lu sicheng
" I'm waiting for shorty ,she is coming, we'll go together"  he told Rui
" Lu sicheng ,you should leave , everyone is waiting , atleast the captain should be there or else it'll be a problem"  Rui tries to send him
" No "  he replies  in a cold voice ,cold enough to make Rui zip up his mouth.

" What're you two doing here? Cheng go on stage quickly"  Ming comes and interrupts in between.
" I'm not going anywhere without tong yao"
" Cheng , she'll be there soon but you should leave ,please try to understand cheng ,the captain must be on the stage"  Ming tries his best to convince him

He didn't reply this time and moves forward to leave the corridor to look for tong yao again , but tong yao appeared this time in front of him leaving him all baffled
" Are you all right?" " Why did it take you so long?" "It's not the stomach pain again right?"  He cups her face and shoots her with a bundle of questions
" Cheng ,cheng calm down I'm absolutely alright "
" I'm sorry for making you all wait for so long"
" Lu sicheng , you should leave for the stage ,I'll be there in two minutes as well" she says while looking towards him
" No ,you're coming with me"
" Cheng , I've to wear my jacket ,it's in changing room , I promise it won't take more than two minutes, you should leave please"  she holds his hand and tries to make him understand
" Ok fine , but come fast ok ?"
"Ok"  she smiles and watches him leave  the corridor.

She enters the team room with Rui and Ming and takes her painkiller without letting anyone in the room know and goes back to the stage .
She was in pain , enduring the pain throughout the whole game with sweat all over her face but no way she let it affect on her game.
She stood out strong , didn't budge even for a bit even if it was getting worse for her.
And the results appear on screen , the results every person in the audience waited for
The commentators announced in their mikes with joy
" It's a Victory , Victory for our Favourite team , Team ZGDX "
The audience started jumping in excitement with screams in loud voices and saying out loudly the names of ZGDX players.

" It was a tough call , a very tough one , everyone did an outstanding job ,what do you think Jacob"  Commentator 1 speaks up on mike
" I didn't blink my eyes for an entire minute during the last move ,I guess everybody was amazing but the last move 'the last move' played by their Mid Tong Yao led them to victory,Commentator 2 replies in joy

" You're right , their Mid was totally a cherry on cake ,she stood up against 3 strong shikigamis in the end when everyone else in the team got killed"  Commentator 1 continues
" And now is the time we and all the audience have been waiting for ,  welcoming our winner team of the first match of this season on the stage,  the Commentator speaks up as he announces

The team walks up on the stage and bows down in front of the audience, the audience expresses their love in the form of hoots and screams for the team all over the arena.
But the unusual thing happened, the thing no one imagined at this crucial hour.

Tong yao faints as she falls on the stage while the team was about to depart.
The moment shocking enough to make all the people in audience worry . The arena covers up with people's voices as the gossip and talks spread across.
