Tsuki 月 ( Megumi Fushiguro)

Something is up

" You seem lost today" Yuji asked you, pulling you out of you thoughts.

" Oh? I am fine, just stressed, you know" you lie, this was becoming a habit now, you don't like keeping secrets from your brother but this was something you really can NOT tell. its been two days and all you have been thinking about is Megumi, the guy who showed you literal stars in the backseat of a rundown car, your supposedly rival, the guy who is your brother's best friend and the guy who is avoiding you like plague. Can life never be easy for you?

" See, you are doing it again, i asked you what do you wanna do next and you have been giving the sidewalk a death stare" Yuji complained and stopped, in front of you. " Look at me N/n" He said seriously. you unwillingly lifted your head up to his familiar ones.

" I don't now yuji, i am just tired and lazy these days. I'm sorry for being a bore, you should have had fun if you called someone else" You say sincerely, you had been feeling tired more then usual and your chest was in pain. You needed to visit Shoko when you get back. 

" Nah, i get it, but i wanted to spend time with my baby sister" 

" by Five minutes only"

" still, and Fushiguro is ignoring me and being rude" he pouted. "yesterday i asked him where you were and he said why would he know where you are, i mean calm down dude" Yuji droned on while you got lost in your thoughts again, was he ignoring yuji because of what happened? does he really dislike you that much or felt repulsed that he couldn't even stand your brother? No, Yuji is his best friend, bros before hoes right?

" Anyway forget about that all, whats going on between you Fushiguro anyway?" he asked, making you choke on air. what the fuck should you say?

YUJI'S POV

I was taken back by her sudden coughing, so i thumped her back. seriously, she and Fushiguro are so same, poor guy choked on his grape juice this morning when i asked him this. but seriously they both have such a hot and cold friendship, either they are ignoring each other or teaming up to bully me and Kugisaki.

" you both get under each other's nerves so quickly, its entertaining " i said, as we neared the gates of the school. She shot me a look.

" He gets under my last nerve, basically provoking me to be rash and then act like a pious person to others, aloof and charismatic. he is a two face person, at least towards me." she says angrily. i gulped, never cross this woman, i thought. 

"well, i think you both are quite similar to each other, maybe spend some bonding time......." i was interrupted when she literally threw the plastic bottle at me.

" No bonding shonding time" she said with a red face, why is she so worked up? 

" okay fine." i held up my hands in mock defeat " just try talking to him and u know practicing with him, you both can be fiends i am sure" i said giving he my award winning sunshine smile.

Y/N POV

God, i feel guilty now, he is trying his best to get me and Fushiguo to be friends, how can i tell him what we both had done. I need to search this up on google ' how to tell your brother that you fucked his best friend' I sighed. life really has a way to kick me in the ass. So i did what seemed to be the suitable response, i smiled back and assured him that i will try being civil. Civil, as in that i would try filtering my dirty thoughts when Fushiguro is near, simple right?

After a few more minutes of walking around the school grounds as yuji filled me about a certain 'nanamin' who apparently hates overwork and is so cool, He said i would be delighted to meet him, i hope so too. when yuji finally joined the second years in the training field i made my way to the infirmary.  

After a few check ups and a needle pierced in my skin did finally Shoko-san spoke up.

" Your tests are normal as usual, but there is a slight problem, you body tends to use almost all glucose when you do physical exercise, its an abnormally fast metabolism rate, and your heart tends to overwork a little. " She explained, while i sweat-dropped. does this mean i can't go to missions. " don't worry though, i am not saying you can't go on missions you need to take some safety measures though" she answered before i could voice my worry, she really is becoming my favorite.

" what type of measures?" i asked as she fiddled in her drawer, and handed me a lollipop, and a set of pills. 

" at all times keep at least three of these in your pocket, and take these pills after waking up, they will help regulate your sugar, you won't feel tired all the time and be more happy." She smiled kindly. I took the lollipop and plopped it in my mouth the cherry flavour making me feel better already. that's when i remembered something else that i had to ask her for.

" Thank you,, um can i ask for one more thing?" I asked looking at her with embarrassment written all over my face. " i need um.. birth control pills" I whispered and she opened her eyes wide as if questioning i was joking or not. Sensing my obvious discomfort she didn't asked me further and handed me the pills. Instructing me to keep my cycles in check and take the pills regularly. I nodded frantically and thanked her.  

Then i raced out of there towards my beloved room. Only to find Nobara going through my bookshelf. 

Shit, i forgot that today is movie night. 

and i also forgot that i had my prescriptions in my hand 

and  i also forgot that Nobara Kugisaki is observant as hell.
