Chapter 8

LJ POV

Really I kiss my mate on the cheek and I get this in return! God what will happen if I kiss his lips or we just have full out sex. I dont think that is gonna happen! I am not going to get hit by a damn train after I have sex with him! HELL NO!!!?

"Oh my god! LJ I am so sorry! I was distracted! I am so sorry please dont call the cops!" yelled a worried a girl I recognized as the petite red head from history class.

"Why would I call the cops its not like I have a broken leg or anything. Do I?" I wasn't sure so to be safe I stood up quickly. There was no pain so I guess I am good.

"God damn it Kayli! You could have killed her!!!!" Jordan yelled running up to me and embracing me in a hug.

"Dude! What the hell are you doing!?! Dont yell at her and think you will get a hug from me." I pushed him away. "If you want a hug you will apologize for yelling at her. She didn't do anything wrong."

"I'm guessing you havent looked at your car?"

"What about my...." I looked at my car and seen that it was smashed on one side. "My.. my... MY CAR!!! WHAT THE HELL!" I ran to my car. "Satan! Dont die on me! Damn you Kayli! It better turn over and drive!"

I ran to the drivers side and jumped in leaving the door open. I put the key in the ignition and turned it over. Nothing! I tried again and still nothing!

I got out and grabbed my shit. I started walking away. Dot let them follow me! I dont think I can stand to hear what they have to say!

"Lucy! Stop!" Jordan yelled at me. I turned around.

"WHAT TYE HELL DO YOU WANT!! I HAVE TO GO BUY MYSELF ANOTHER GOD DAMN CAR! SO IF YOU DONT MIND JUST LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!" I yelled and turnes and ran away.

JORDAN POV

I watched as she ran away. She must really be pissed. I would be, especially if someone smashed my car.

"Jordan I didn't mean to!"

"What was going through your head?"

"I seen her go to kiss you and I just started to think . Next thing I know is I am slammed to a stop and her car is in front of me. I got out as fast as I could and she wasn't in your car anymore and I panicked. I seen her on the ground and I thought she was dead. God I am glad she isn't. I thougt she was gonna kill me when she found her car that way."

"You are so lucky she isn't here. She is a smart woman and can kep her anger in for the most part. You will make sure to make this up to her. I don't know how but you will." I said and then walked off.

I got in my car and drove to try and find Lucy. I looked everywhere. Every car dealership. Every junkyard. I couldn't find her. Its like she disappeared.

'She didn't disappear! She is probably just at home. I can feel her wolf thinking or talking about us. Maybe they are arguing about us.' my wolf purred.

'Don't count on it. It's like she doesn't even care about us.'

'You know that is bullshit! Her wolf was purring the whole time we were with her.'

'Whatever!'

I hate arguing with my wolf he is always a bastard. He thinks he knows everything.

I still need to find Lucy. God why can't she just pop out of an alley or something.

I turned the corner heading to my house. I was halfway down the road when something ran out in front of me. I tried swerving but my car wouldn't swerve fast enough and I slammed into the thing that came out of no where.

LJ POV

I went to the nearest car dealership and looked at cars. There was a few black cars. I decided on a black mustang. The dealership told me I had to pick it up tomorrow.

I can tell you I wasn't happy but that would be the understatement of the century. I was furious.

First, that bitch slammed into Satan, so I had to buy a new car. Then, I am told I have to wait til tomorrow to pick up my new car, that I decided to name Satan also. Its hard to learn new names so I thought I would just keep one name.

"Hey. Don't I know you from somewhere?" I turned to see who I was hearing and when I was facing him I knew it was a rogue.

"Nope. I dont think so. I mean you dont look familiar or anything so, nope I dont think so."

"Wait, now I remember. You are Alpha Toby's younger sister! You have grown since the last time I seen you. I might say that is a fine ass."

"And its gonna stay that way old man. Now if you dont mind I have places to be and people to see. So good bye." I said then started to walk away.

"Seems I can't do that. See I would really like to talk to you about your father." That had me stopping.

"DONT EVER TALK ABOUT MY FATHER!!"

"Still can't get over his death now can you? It was a shame he did put up a good fight, but in the end he just couldn't hold out. Lets just say he went down like a bag of bricks."

"So you were the one to kill him?"

"Yes I did."

"YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!!!!" I ran towards him but shifted a few feet away. My wolf took over and she wasn't giving me back until the bastard was dead.

She ripped him to shreds. You wouldn't be able to recognize the body. It just looked like a pile of bloody flesh.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! OH MY GOD THERE IS A WOLF IN THE ALLEY!!! GET THE GUNS!!!!" After hearing that I bolted down the alley.

I ran to the forest hoping to find a bag of clothes that the surrounding pack would have left for emergencies. I finally found one and shifted to human form.

After putting on the smallest set of boy clothes they had I ran back into town to get normal clothes, girl clothes.

I seen two shops Victoria Secret and Old Navy. I ran to VS and purchased some girl stuff then ran to Old Navy and picked out an outfit. I payed then asked them if I could change in their bathroom.

I changed and then left. I was heading down a street when I realized I needed to be on the other side. I jumped in the road attempting to run over to the other side when I got flung further down the road.

My body was hit by an excruciating pain and my vision became blurry. I felt my head getting lighter and lighter. Then everything went black.

'Why does this always happen to me?' was the last thought that went through my head.
