JORDAN POV

"Why the fuck didnt you let me go after her! She was my mate! My wolf will die for christ sake!" Cody byrst into my office yelling.

After they ran off LJ and I returned home. We knew that they couldn't arm us but we didnt want to scare them. Just Cody picking her up scared the crap out of her. Itwas like she really thougt he was going to kill her or kidnap her. We didnt want to frighten her further. When they pulled the knifes we were suprised. But since thy were humans they didnt know the laws that we go by. Law number one, Never disrespect your alpha, and Law number two, never disrespect your mate. So when they pulled the knives it was nothing but when they put it to our throats we had a problem.

"Didnt you see how frightened she was?! She thoght you were going to kill her! You made the matter worst when you picked her up! We were about to get to her when you got there! if you would have stayed back then she might still be here right now!" LJsaid beating me to the punch.

"She was gettig away! We can go get her! She can't be that far away!" He said about to leave.

"You will not go after her! She is only a human! She doesn't belong in our world!" LJ yelled.

"SHE IS MY MATE!!! I WILL GO AFTER HER AND FIND HER IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!!!!" I had to step in now. You never yell at your Luna!

"Cody Winget I command you to stay away from her!" I said using my alpha tone. I know he wouldn't like me after it but she is only a human and he coukd hurt her if he wasn't careful.

"Why would you do something like that?" he asked me.

"Because she is fragile and you could hurt her with all the built up lust. Your wolf is controlling your thoughts. Answer me this, What are you thinking?" LJ said.

"I want to find my mate and mark her. Then we are going to mate and have pups."

"Is that what you want?"

"Yes!"

"Did you every think of how it would feel to her? Remember she is a human. The pain she would go through just for you to mark her. The pain from when you mate her. Also the pain from giving your pups life. She could die in any of those positions. Then how would you feel? Mateless and Horrible! Thats how." She told him fro the depths of her heart, like she had witnessed somethig like this happen.

"No! She wont die! She is strong she will make it through!"

"The chances are she might make it, but there is also the chance she will die automatically from your bite. She isn't like us. She doesn't have the super fast healing. The blood will drain right out of her and she will go limp. Then your wolf will die knowing that he killed his mate. Then eventually you go with him. But ts your choice. How you want to choice your fate is up to you."

He left without saying a word. Lucy slumped down into my office chair. I walked over to her and picked her up. She gave me a look as to say 'Now you come to my aid?'

"I'm sorry I couldn't help, but you looked sexy as hell doig all that. So I enjoyed the show!" I said pecking her on the lips.

"Oh! Why thank you! But since it was a show you have to pay me!"

"What do you have in mind?" I said while wiggling my eyebrows.

"Oh you know something here, something there." I growled in response. "You perve I meant money! I dot wanma have sex with you again!" She yelled only to giggle. "But seriously you have to pay me!"

"And how do I do that?"

"You see... I kinda wanna... go back to.... school! I miss it! I know hard to believe right but I just want a normal life not one where I am a bitch."

"Your not a bitch! You are te Luna!"

"Really because I am pretty sure that I told Cody he could never go after her and that if he did he would most likely kill her."

"You're right you are a bitch!" She glared at me, if looks could kill I woukd be dead. "Babe I'm just kidding! If you would like to go back to school then we will go." She jumped in the air excitedly. But to my luck she was still on my lap. "Babe!? You wanna settle down? Mini me is under you." She blushed uncontrollably then got off my lap.

"I'm just going to bed." she said then walked out of the room. Leaving me with mini me excited. Damn her!
