MCKAILA POV

Daddy's friend set me on the bed and walked out, shutting the door behind him. I closed my eyes and waited for sleep to retake me. There was a creaking of the floor board in the hall by my door. I turned around in bed and looked at the door. Maybe someone will come in. Nobody came in. I rolled back over and faced the window. The moon was bright and full. Just like it was with my mom back in my old pack.

The door started to creak open. I wasn't scared or anything, I bet it was just daddy. I rolled over to find mommy crawling on the floor towards my bed. I raised an eyebrow as she neared.

"What are you doing?" I asked her. She looked up at me and grinned.

"We are gonna have a little fun. You wanna join?" Her smile grew when I nodded. I got off the bed and got on my knees.

"What are we gonba do?"

"Well my mate is trying to find me. So we are gonna hid. He has taken a liking to you so I am guessing you are important to him. So you are gonna hide with me. He will think I kidnapped you and will go hunting for us in wolf form in the forest. When he leaves we will come back and lay in your bed. When he gets back and sees that we are in your bed he wont be as mean. So we, more like me, wont be inas much trouble. He wont get mad at you. You are too cute." Se said giving me the follow her sign.

We walked out of the room and she ran down the stairs. I quickly followed behind her. She lead me around twists and turns in the house. When we got to the end if the hall she opened a door. It was dark inside and she pulled a flashlight out of her back pocket.

"Trust me its safe down here. I did a sweep before I went and got you. We are gonna be hiding in a closet down here. There isn't any dust or anything and after my mate checks down here we will turn on the light. Sound good?" She said waiting for me to okay it.

"Lets do this!" I was really excited. I like playing hide and go seek. We walked down the stairs and hid in the closet she told me about. She was right there was no dust. There was some boxes and we hid in two of them.

About two minutes later, her mate came down the stairs calling out her name and mine. This is funny. He opened the closet door and looked around the boxes. He cursed and ran out hollering to people to shift and search the woods. I heard a small tap on my box and opened it. Mommy was standing there ready to help me out.

She walked up the stairs with me still in her arms. She made sure it was safe and walked to my room and laid me down. She laid down by me and started stroking my hair.

"So I heard that I am your new mommy. Are you okay with that? I know I'm not that much older than you, but I thimk we will have some fun." She said laughing. I like her laugh.

"I am happy you are my mommy. You are fun and I hope we can do this more often." She smiled and kissed my forehead. I sat up and leaned my head on her heart, it was something I did to my mother to help me fall asleep. It helped and I was soon asleep.

"MCKAILA!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!!!! LUCY YOU COME BACK OUT WITH MY DAUGHTER RIGHT NOW!!!!" Daddy yelled throughout the house. We jumped a little but stayed laying down.

Daddy came in the room and seen us laying there. We were pretending to be asleep. He came up to the bed and unwrapped mommy's arms from around me. He picked her up and told me her would be right back. I soon started getting cold without my mommy. I walked out of the room and down the hall to their room.

"WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING!!!!! EVERYONE WAA OUT SEARCHING FOR HER!!!!! THEY THOUGHT SHE WAS KIDNAPPED!!!! THEY THOUGHT YOU DID IT BECAUSE YOU WERE GONE TOO!!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW BAD THAT LOOKS FOR THE LUNA OF A PACK!!!!" I heard daddy yell. I could hear this small crying sound before a door was slammed open. Then the bedroom door was slammed open, almost hitting me. Mommy ran out of the roo and down the stairs.

"Mommy dont go!!!!!" I yelled after her. I started running after her until she was out of sight. I collapsed onto the dirt ground and let the teara fall. I just got her to love me and daddy had to ruin it!
