As Mandy and Sebastian exchanged pleasantries, Mia couldn't help but chime in, eager to provide some context to their unexpected encounter.

"He's actually the person in charge of the literacy program I've been working on," Mia explained, her words slightly slurred from the lingering effects of the mimosas. "Sebastian has been helping me with curriculum development and stuff."

Mandy's eyes widened in surprise as she turned to look at Sebastian, a newfound sense of interest evident in her expression. "Oh, really? That's impressive," she remarked, her tone filled with genuine admiration. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Sebastian."

Sebastian nodded in acknowledgment, a warm smile playing on his lips. "Likewise, Mandy," he replied, his gaze lingering on Mia for a moment longer before turning back to Mandy.

Sensing Mia's eagerness to leave, Mandy nodded in understanding. "Alright, let's get going then," she said, gesturing towards the car.

As Mia made her way to the car door, her steps slightly unsteady from the alcohol, Sebastian quickly moved to help her, his strong arm steadying her as she climbed into the car. Mandy watched the interaction with amusement, a playful smile tugging at her lips as she settled into the driver's seat.

With one last wave to Sebastian, Mia sank into the passenger seat, feeling a mix of embarrassment and gratitude at his unexpected chivalry. And as Mandy started the car and pulled away from the curb, Mia couldn't help but steal a glance back at Sebastian, a faint blush coloring her cheeks as she realized just how much she had enjoyed their brief encounter.

As Mandy dropped Mia off at home, Mia couldn't shake off the lingering warmth from the encounter with Sebastian. With a grateful smile, she waved goodbye to Mandy as her friend hurriedly rushed off to Harley's place to tend to Ethan.

Alone at last, Mia stepped inside her apartment, feeling the heat of the day bearing down on her. She kicked off her shoes and made her way to the living room, where she couldn't resist the urge to peel off her shirt and pants, leaving her clad in just her pink bra and matching undies.

The cool air of her apartment felt soothing against her skin as Mia moved about, her thoughts drifting back to the unexpected encounter with Sebastian. Despite the embarrassment of the moment, she couldn't deny the rush of excitement that coursed through her veins at the memory of his touch.
