You'd think it would be easy to get over something that never was
To forget something that wasn't recognized
You'd think it would be simple to try and ignore someone who never noticed you
To take back what was never yours
To clip away the roots
Over analyzed
Over thought
But never over came
You'd think it would be easy to to test the waters before sailing
To ensure safe travels
You'd think it would be simple to reach out and grab exactly what you want
To push aside fear, regret, doubt
If life's what you make it, why is it just so hard to feel happy?************************************
A/N :
Hello. So I've been thinking, and I have decided to stop doing these author's notes. I don't think anyone reads them or enjoys them. If you disagree and think I should still carry on with them, please let me know. Also, if you enjoyed the poem please vote, because it makes me really happy and feel a lot better. So...it's almost the 4th of July, wow. Summer is really flying by this year. Hope your enjoying yours so far. Anyway, until next time.
