Here we are again
Fighting about the same old things
The things that never seem to go away
No matter how far we push them
It's always the little things, isn't it?
We all make mistakes
But it's one thing to learn from them
And another to brush it off and not even admit you're wrongHere we are again
Same old same old
I don't understand what's gotten into us
We never see eye to eye anymore
So far from how we used to be
So in sync, so alignedHere we are again
Can you even remember what it was like?
To live such a life without all this pointlessness?
Without a clear view of one another?
Where did we go wrong? Here we are again
At each other's throats
And for what?
Something so small it almost can't be seen
But also so large that is seems to be never endingHere we are again
In this endless cycle
After all this time
This is how it ends
I guess it was time
For us to be let free
And keep us from being here yet again
