I know how you feel
Like you can't trust anyone
Like there's no one there
Like no one will listen
Sometimes, that's how it is
But it's not how it has to be
I know it can be hard
To open up
To let someone in
But sometimes that's all it takes to feel better
Sometimes it's worth the fears
Sometimes you'll be surprised by just how it can change everything
But the light can't come in if you don't go open the curtains
If you don't draw up the blinds
Go find out if it's worth it
Find someone you can trust
Find someone who's there
Find someone who will listen
That's all it takes
