Chapter 21- Hayden

I had mixed emotions about the officer that caught me with Sapphire. I found it kind of funny that he caught us doing the hanky pan-key. For the 500 dollar ticket, I was beyond pissed! When we got to my- pardon me- our house I got out without even shutting off the engine and punched the nearest tree.

" Hayden!"

" What," I grumbled.

" Why the hell would you punch a God damn tree!"

A lot of reasons! I could't keep my hormones in check! My friend clearly wanted to be released from my pants! And I owe the law five hundred dollars because of it! Money I don't have I might add! The only way out of the sticky situation is taking out a loan from my parents.... Ya that will not go over at all.

"Ugh," I grunted and stomped into the house like a five year old.

I went up to my room and slammed the door shut. Right in front of Sapphire's face.

" Hayden," she screamed.

OH! MY! GOD! Why can't she leave me alone! Its what I need right now!

I opened the door and didn't even had a moment to think before she flung herself into my arms.

" I'm sorry." Her voice was so soft. It was like a weeping rose where the droopy petals were slowly falling off. A very dreary sight.

I pulled her close to my chest and cradled her head on my shoulder.

" Hey its not your fault. Its ok. I will sort this out. I promise you that much."

" I'm not only sorry for that," she corrected.

Huh? I held her at arms length and asked what else she could be sorry for.

" Everything."

Everything.... Thats a lot to be sorry for. I would of been grateful for that a few days even weeks ago, but now...

" It doesn't matter anymore."

" Yes it does," she persisted.

Oh boy.. I don't want her to think that way.. How can I get her to change her mind. I know!

" Hey come here," I whispered and guided her towards the bed.

Once we were seated I ran my hands up and down her arms. I could hear here breath hitch from my touch. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not.

" Sapphire. There was a quote my dance instructor once told me... There's only two ways to go in life. One step ahead into growth. Or one step back into safety. By not forgiving you I would be going to safety. And that would not do either one of us any good. So don't worry about ok?"

She nodded while gazing me in the eye. Hers were shinning like diamonds. And there was an emotion there. I had a feeling it was the same as I feel towards her.

Sapphire leaned in and kissed me on the cheek, but I had to have her lips again.

She didn't hesitate at all and kissed me back with the same desire that was in the car.

When she pulled back I whimpered, mourning the loss.

" Such a baby," she teased while pushing me down onto the bed and straddled my lap. Her warmth was hitting me in all the right spots. Oh ya. I love this! I spoke to soon. Nothing is as sexy as when Sapphire Holloway strips off her shirt. All that is staring at me now was a skimpy lace black bra that left little to the imagination.
