Niall:

"We're still not ready for the ride..." the loud music reverberates through the halls of the arena. You stand at the front, watching your fiancé. With a loud noise, the song comes to an end. "Encore!!!" you shout, applauding. You can hear Niall laughing from across the arena. He quickly makes his way to you and wraps his sweaty arms around you. "Ewww!" you say, trying to wriggle out of his embrace. Niall releases you, laughing, and gives you a kiss on the forehead. "We'll be done in a minute, then I'll quickly shower and we can finally eat." With a wide grin, he turns his attention back to the sound technicians, making final preparations for the tour. You watch Niall for a few more seconds before making your way to the backstage area, where you collapse onto the couch and wait for your soon-to-be husband.

As you wait for Niall, you absentmindedly scroll through your phone's calendar. The soft music from the arena's speakers has now faded, and you can hear faint voices echoing in the corridors. Suddenly, you freeze as your eyes land on today's date. A cold shiver runs down your spine as you realize that your period is overdue. Your hands start to tremble as you try to suppress your fear. The voices grow louder, and you know Niall will be here any moment. You can feel the panic spreading within you as you consider the possible consequences.

When Niall finally emerges from the shower and sits down beside you on the couch, he immediately notices the concern on your face. His smile fades as he sees your anxious eyes, and his gaze shifts anxiously to your phone.

"What's wrong, love?" he asks, a hint of panic in his voice, as he takes your hand. You swallow hard as you try to gather your thoughts.

"Niall, my period is late. I just saw it in the calendar," you confess, your voice trembling. A look of concern appears on Niall's face, and his grip on your hand temporarily tightens with worry. There's a few minutes of dead silence. But then he seems to calm down as he notices your own panic. He takes a deep breath and gently squeezes your hand, his face a picture of determination.

"Hey, it's going to be okay," he tries to reassure you, his voice a gentle sound in the silence of the room. "We can take a pregnancy test and see how it goes. But no matter what happens, I'm here for you, okay?" His words bring you some comfort, and you feel relieved that he's by your side. Together, you stand up and decide to buy a pregnancy test instead of going out to eat.

You take the test together, the room filled only with the ticking of the clock as you anxiously wait for the result. When the result finally comes back negative, you both can't help but let out a relieved smile, though it's tinged with a quiet sadness.

"It's going to be okay, love," Niall whispers, his voice gentle as he pulls you into his arms. "It's just not the right time yet."

Harry:

"Hey, love!" Harry greets you through the screen of your laptop. "Hey," you say. Your boyfriend is currently on tour. You're happy for him, he's worked so hard for this. You can't wait to see all the videos and photos on social media of Harry laughing and having the time of his life. But right now, in this moment, seeing him on the screen, you could cry. Yes, you miss him, but you also need him more than ever. Harry has been on tour for three weeks now, which is exactly the time you're overdue. Your period just hasn't come. At first, you blamed it on the stress you've been under. A major project at work and Harry leaving for several months. But now that everything has calmed down, you still haven't gotten it, and slowly but surely, symptoms you've never had before are creeping into your daily life. You suddenly crave strange food combinations, and you cry your eyes out when you watch a romantic movie. And for the past few days, you've been feeling nauseous every morning.
