Niall:
Babysitting, that's where it all began! Life punishes you for your good nature. A few days ago, you agreed to babysit for your sister because she had an important meeting and her husband was away on a business trip. And now, as a thank you for your help, you've caught the flu. You're 100% sure you caught it while playing with the kids last week. Because they both had a bit of a cold. "Do you want soup?" Niall asks, leaning against the doorframe and looking at you with sad eyes. You want to answer him, but you're interrupted by a coughing fit. "I'll bring you a plate, wait!" he says and disappears into the kitchen. A few minutes later, he's standing in front of you with a hot bowl of soup and your favorite tea in hand. "Thank you," you whisper. Niall helps you sit up so you can eat your soup. You smile at him and he kisses your forehead. "Get some more sleep, I'll be downstairs if you need me." He lovingly covers you up and whispers softly, "Dream of me".
Harry
You've always been the clumsy type. Harry has gotten used to you constantly running into things. That's why it was no big surprise when you fell down the stairs while cleaning and broke your arm and are now lying in the living room in extreme pain. "Shall I get you some ice?" Harry asks. You nod and snuggle up in the blanket. Harry lies down next to you a few minutes later. "H?" you ask. "Yes?" he replies, turning his gaze from the TV to you. "I'm really sorry, but my hair is really annoying. Can you put it up for me?" Harry straightens up and takes off the hair tie he always wears on his wrist. Although he hasn't had long hair for many years, he always carries one with him. "Get ready for the best hairstyle ever!" You laugh. Harry skillfully ties your hair into a messy bun. Grateful, you lie back and snuggle up to him and the two of you spend the rest of the evening having a series marathon.
Liam
It's date night. The evening couldn't have been more beautiful. Liam and you have booked a table in a very romantic restaurant. You've bought yourself a new dress and, of course, the matching underwear. You're already looking forward to showing them Liam. But your evening takes an unexpected turn. On the drive home, you notice your stomach grumbling, but think nothing of it. When you both get home, you can't wait to finally show Liam your underwear. The two of you stumble into your bedroom, kissing. But before things get steamy, you suddenly feel sick. You push Liam away from you and run into the bathroom. Liam, who needs a moment to understand what's going on, follows you worried. "Baby? What's wrong?" The question is answered by the sound of vomiting. He carefully opens the door. His heart stops for a second. Your skin, which was so rosy a moment ago, is now completely pale and you look as if you could lose consciousness at any second. He runs to you with quick steps and holds your hair out of your face. "I think the fish was bad," you say weakly. Liam helps you up and sits you on the edge of the bathtub. He takes one of your make-up remover wipes from the cupboard and carefully removes your make-up. He then carries you to bed and puts on one of his sweaters that you like so much. "Actually, I had other plans." you mumble into his chest . Liam laughs and winks at you. "Ey, I'm your sexy nurse, that's something too."
Zayn:
You've never been best friends with blood. Even as a child, you regularly passed out, just thinking about it. But the older you got, the better you were able to control your phobia of blood. It's Saturday night and you're watching a crime series with Zayn. It's not particularly exciting and there's never any blood. That's why you have no worries about watching it. But from minute one, you realize that the episode is more dangerous than the previous ones. When Zayn gets himself a glass of water in the kitchen, a corpse is shown on the screen in a pool of blood. You feel your skin start to tingle and your head starts to sway. "Zayn!" you shout, but it's too late. Your eyes roll back. "Babe!!!" you hear Zayn shout softly before everything around you goes black. A few minutes later, you open your eyes again and look into a worried face. Zayn has put your legs up and is holding a cold, wet washcloth to your forehead. "No more crime shows for you!" you nod and stretch your arms out. Zayn helps you up and you both go to your cozy bed, where you snuggle close together all night.
Louis:
You had felt off all morning, but it wasn’t until the afternoon that the fever hit you like a truck. By the time Louis got home, you were curled up on the couch, wrapped in a cocoon of blankets, with tissues scattered everywhere and a bottle of water that remained mostly untouched.
“Why didn’t you call me sooner?” Louis asks, his brow furrowed with worry as he kneels beside you. His hand brushes over your forehead, confirming your fever. “You’re burning up, love.”
“I didn’t want to bother you,” you whisper, your voice raspy from a sore throat.
“Bother me? Don’t be daft,” he says, shaking his head as he stands up. “You’re my top priority, always.”
Before you can argue, Louis disappears into the kitchen. You hear the faint clatter of pots and the hum of him humming under his breath. A little while later, he reappears with a tray—homemade chicken soup, a glass of water, and your favorite lemon tea.
“Alright, let’s get you sorted,” he says gently, helping you sit up. He tucks the blanket around you tighter and feeds you the first spoonful of soup when you’re too weak to lift your arms.
“Thank you,” you mumble, leaning your head against his shoulder after eating a few bites.
“Always,” he murmurs, pressing a kiss to your temple. “Now, no arguments. You’re taking some meds and then heading straight to bed. I’ll even let you pick the movie tonight.”
You smile softly, already feeling a bit better just from his presence. “You’re the best, Lou.”
He smirks, brushing a stray piece of hair from your face. “Don’t you forget it, love.”
