Alice walked into the cave, it was cold and damp. She heard a drip, drip drip. It smelt musty and like wet dog. She crept into the cave laying her broom by the entrance , and saw a gushing waterfall in front of her. She walked through it, it scolded her all her body was singed and the burns make her skin bubble like burnt caramel. She was quickly through it, she hair burnt, her skin burnt, everything burnt. All she could do was stumble forward, blindly.

She gasped in pain, but suddenly she heard something that make her almost sob. Aya. Aya must have heard her but not recognised her, she cried. Aya weeped and weeped, but Alice had never heard anything better.

'She must be up on the rock' Alice thought. She walked duo to the rock trying but failing to scale it. She used the only spell she could think of "the vine does wind and the ladder does solute so building of strength will have to do" she commanded before her wand shot out the most pathetic little ladder of vines. She scaled it as best she could, but the problem was branches kept snapping beneath her. Finally she reached the top and Aya was before her. At least in body it was Aya.

Aya was pale as anything her perfect blonde hair was now as dark and night. She was dressed in a dress that looked like a potato sack, her whole body was bruised and cut the wounds clearly infected some of the blood was black.

"Aya!" Alice cried relived, she hadn't seen her friend in months

"Alice?" Aya squeaked "run before she finds you!"

"Not a chance!" Alice said attending to her chains. Alice didn't need a spell to break the chains she just remembered

"Aya, use the fire serpent"

"Al-Alice I haven't done that in months, it w-wouldn't work"

"Okay" Alice accepted she began to get angry, very very angry. She thought of all the unfairness in the world, how her father left her, how some people were useless how the whole school apart from her friends believed her responsible for Aya's disappearance. She burned so so hot. Her eyes glowing a bright red she hurled a smouldering ball of fire at the chains the melted on the floor.

Aya was free. Alice crawled over to her and pulled the chains off. The two hugged the most loving hug, they missed each other so dearly.

"Aya" Alice cried the two needn't say more they just sat there for a moment both in floods of tears. There little moment was interrupted.

"Oh Alice, lovely to join us" the most sly voice came "looks like I've found a replacement Aya" It was Miss Woolton.

Alice shook with fear, Miss Woolton approached. She lifted her up and Alice felt herself begin to choke.

"Get off her" Aya said trying to tackle her but she was thrown aside.

"Y-you know Lia's gonna cry so hard" Miss Woolton grinned "loosing her girlfriend and her crush in three months, boo boo"

"S-she d-d-o-doesn't like me"Alice gasped

"Oh really, I'd let you fight it out but that's a little petty don't you think?"

"S-say-says y-y-ou" she gasped

Alice wasn't done being angry, not now. She held her burning hand out.

"Y-you know M-miss y-yo-your a crap t-te-teacher " Alice said before burning her face, Miss Woolton dropped her and Alice crawled over to Aya coughing and spluttering.

Miss Woolton was down for long, she walked back over to the two trembling teenagers. Alice looked down the rock a gushing waterfall was at the bottom.

"You know Miss, I'd call that class dismissed" Alice said pushing the unconscious Aya off the rock before pushing herself off the rock and into the water.

Alice fell into the water and found herself being tossed around underneath the frantic rollercoaster like water. She reached a rock and held on, seeing Aya floating on the top, she grabbed her and held onto her arm while holding on the jagged rock.

Alice hoisted herself onto the rock before taking out her satchel, she grabbed her wand before tearing off the bag part. Only being left with the strap she tied in round Aya's wrist twice, finding the most jagged and upright part of the rock she tied Aya to it. Alice swam off leaving her there.

Whether the water had altered her state of mind or she was already batshit crazy she swam back into the cave to fight Miss Woolton, at least if she was going to die it was for the people she loved.

Alice came back into the cave Moss Woolton was burning the chains in rage, Alice snuck out of the water onto the cold rocky surface. Shaking she grabbed her broom and flew up in front of her.

"Don't suppose you thought this was over"

"You stupid bitch! Why would you come back for more? Was my first murder attempt not enough? Or perhaps you just crave death?"

"Not exactly miss" Alice swallowed "you see I think you'll find your the one who's not coming out alive"

Alice threw herself onto the rock feeling the now familiar anger, she held it burning the ends of her hair, Miss Woolton knock her back against the wall. Alice wasn't hurt to badly, she got back up trying one of the few tricks she knew. She turned out the lights, everything was black. Alice saw Miss Wooltons shadow and called for her broom. It hit her in the head. Alice turned the lights back on but didn't see moss Woolton. Until she did. She threw her against the wall into an especially sharp rock. Alice didn't feel it hit her until she slumped to the floor. She touched her stomach, it was bleeding heavily.

Alice began to cry, Miss Woolton picked her up and dragged her over to the chains by the hair. She ripped Alice's bloodied shirt off leaving her in her underwear, she felt her slit the her back. Alice cried loud enough for the whole forest to hear. And they did.

Alice shrieked while Miss Woolton sampled her blood, she began to extract a golden substance from her, her magic.

"F-fuck you!" Alice weeped

"W-wa-wait!" Alice said

"They know I'm here"

"And?" Miss Woolton said

"They'll find you"

"No they won't" Miss Woolton said  "they'll find you, but dead of course"

"No" Alice said plainly

"What!"

"No" Alice repeated

Alice had melted her chains, with one finally move she dived forward forcing Miss Woolton off the rock, Alice leapt in and with everything she had she singed Moss Wooltons hands and face. She fell into the waterfall below. Alice then grabbed Aya by the leather tassel.

Alice finally reached the rock surface. She clambered out pulling Aya out of the pool. She laid her head sideways allowing her to breath before exhausted she fell asleep on the freezing rock.
