"Dylan?"
"Hmm?" He said against my neck.
"What will you do while I'm gone?"
"Wait for you to come back."
His voice was raspy, when he just kinda woke up. "You're so perfect."
"I'm not."
"Yes you are."
"Youre lying, princess."
"No I'm not. If I were lying, then that would be the biggest lie I've ever told."
"What Is the biggest lie you've ever told?"
I chuckled.
"Why are you laughing?"
"Because I just realized how stupid Jennifer was for believing me about this."
"About what?"
"I told her that I met Cameron at the cafe because I was working there, but we met there because he was my cousin's friend since we were 6."
"Uhh... can we not talk about Cameron?"
"Sure, but why?"
"It's kinda uncomfortable," he mumbled on my neck.
"Okay." I turned around and looked at him and our faces were so close to each other.
Oh my god.
"Dylan?"
"Yes?" He asked, eyes wandering my face.
Even though it was dark in his room, I could see his features.
His jawline, his cheekbones, his eyes, and how he licked his lips and shut them.
"Why did you let me stay over?"
A car passed by and the headlights lit up his face even more, but now he was smirking.
"I mean, yeah. You bring girls over here all the time, but I mean... why are you so gentle with me?"
"Maybe because you're not like them."
"What do you mean?"
He looked deep into my eyes and chuckled. "God, You're so innocent."
I stared at him, confused. I looked into his beautiful hazelnut eyes and looked away and faced the ceiling. "why me? Why did you choose me? Why not Chloe?"
"Because like I said, you're not like them."
"I dont even get what you're saying."
"You're not the type that goes around and just flirts with everyone. You don't like one-night stands, and relationships are actually things in your world. Unlike them, they sleep with someone new every night. They never stay in a stable relationship. Thats why I like- uhh... never mind."
I chuckled at him, and turned back into my serious face.
"Why are you laughing?" He asked me.
"Nothing. You're just so cute."
"Thanks."
"So you agree?" I said, in my most Regina George way possible and he chuckled. "So, You think you're really cute?" He chuckled again and I just couldn't keep myself from doing so.
I ended up laughing quite loud but I quickly stopped. "I love hearing your laugh."
I smiled and kissed his nose.
"That was anti-climatic." He tickled my sides and I laughed. -- loud -- that I fell on the floor and he followed me. I was laying in the floor and facing him as he sat on my waist.
"Dylan! Oh my god, stop! I can't breathe!" I gasped for air, still laughing.
"Why?"
"Dylan- oh my god. Stop it dylan!-" I said in between laughs.
"Alright, fine." He got off of my and sat on the and I sat with him.
"Dylan?" I asked with a serious voice.
"What? Do you wanna leave?" He asked, worried.
"No," I chuckled. "I wanted to ask if we could eat.
"Don't scare me like that!"
I chuckled and looked at him. "I'm sorry, I won't do it again. Now let's eat. Please."
He stood up and walked out the door. I followed him and we both went down the stairs. "What do you want to eat?"
"Any type of egg. I don't know, surprise me." He Went to the fridge and opened it.
"You're lucky I have experience in cooking."
"You cook?"
"No. I don't know how to cook," he said sarcastically. "Why are girls so amazed when they figure out that I know how to cook?"
"Because knowing how to cook is a massive turn on."
He nodded his head. "So that isn't only on girls."
"What do you mean?"
He turned around and got a pan and placed it over the stove as I watched. "It's not only a turn on if girls can cook. It's the same with boys."
He walked to the fridge and got a couple things. "What type of egg are you making?"
"I'll surprise you." He grabbed a spatula and threw it in the air.
"Dylan! It'll fall!" I covered my eyes and when I heard him chuckle, I took my hands off of my eyes. He was holding it and it didn't even clink to the floor. "How'd you do that?"
"Why? Weren't expecting it?"
"I was totally expecting it." I said, my voice drowned in sarcasm.
He smirked and turned back to the stove. I sat on top of the kitchen island and used my phone. I heard the spatula scraping on the pan, I heard an egg Crack, and pepper shaking, but I didn't dare to look because he was behind me.
"Since when did you know how to cook?"
"I've always known how to cook. Are you underestimating me?"
"No, I'm not. I was just curious."
He chuckled and I could hear his smirk. "Sure." I looked at him and heard the fire go off. He started placing it on a plate and he gave it to me.
"Thank you." I stabbed the egg with my fork and put it in my mouth. "This is so good," I said with a mouthful of the egg. I was shoving food into my mouth as he just intently stared at me. "Don't look at me like that."
"Why not?"
"Just don't."
"But then you're beautiful."
