ON THIS FOUR WALLS

On this white and cream,four walls of OPTIS

I've been given lots of opportunities

To see,know and face the realities

And to evaluate all possibilities

They say,"may the best operators win!"

But who will judge who's worst, who's best

When no one stays to lead the rest

Now tell me,if leaving is really in!

On this four walls hid the stress,the pressures

The result of this,no one can measure

Is conquering this a big failure?

I guess not,if all will just be pure!

Are leaders ought to shut mouth that chatters

By shouting,by yelling or by angry stares?

And we operators shouldn't be talking

As if we're in bizarre, bargaining something

Openmindedness is the best theory

To solve this trial,be lead by the jury

Let's all communicate and agree to bury

The past to start anew,free of fury

For we are a team,ee must work together

Let's accept that no one is perfect

And the best thing to do is forgive and forget

Let's focus on our work, to meet the target

As we enter this four walls of Optis

Let's leave behind all our personal issues

Always remember,we're here to make money

To find self-fulfillment and enthusiasm

Attitude is the rootcause of everything

We must use our head to handle ourselves

And use our heart to handle others

Above all,we must let God guide us all....
