Jimin asks, 'Are you staring at me?'

Yoongi clears his throat and answers, 'N-nope. Why would I?'

Jimin says, 'I don't know.' and smiles shyly.

Yoongi blushes a little.

Jimin asks, 'How come you're here in the morning?'
Yoongi answers, 'Mum baked some sugar biscuits. She wanted me to share them with you.'
Jimin says, 'Oh... Okay.'
Yoongi says, 'Also... I wanted to see you.'

Jimin hums with his lips pressed tight.

Yoongi looks around and asks, 'Do you still read books?'

Jimin asks, 'How can I read books, Yoongi?'
Yoongi answers, 'No, not reading. I mean... You could listen to audiobooks.'
Jimin says, 'I don't like audiobooks. I've always liked to read books myself.'
Yoongi says, 'Okay...'

Jimin says, 'Reading books is what I miss the most.'
Yoongi says, 'I can understand. You've always been studious.'
Jimin says, 'Aye...'
Yoongi asks, 'Did you complete your master's?'

Jimin answers, 'Aye. I went to the university for the blind. It's just that the course I chose isn't gonna help me get a job.'
Yoongi says, 'Mmm... It's been so long...'
Jimin says, 'Of course.'
Yoongi asks, 'Have you started dating someone?'
Jimin answers, 'You can't expect me to date someone. I'm blind.'

Yoongi does not respond.

Jimin asks, 'Are you still here?'
Yoongi answers, 'Of course. I wouldn't go without telling you.'
Jimin says, 'All right.'
Yoongi says, 'I don't know how this works. Should I introduce myself every time we meet?'
Jimin says, 'Not really. I can recognise your voice by now.'

Yoongi says, 'I have to say something anyway.'
Jimin says, 'Aye.'
Yoongi says, 'I should probably go home.'
Jimin asks, 'Are you in a hurry?'
Yoongi answers, 'Uh... I have shopping to do.'
Jimin says, 'I see.'

Yoongi stands up and says, 'I'll see you later then.'

Jimin stands up and hums faintly.

Yoongi walks to the door and opens it. He steps out of the room and closes the door. He walks downstairs.

Shortly, Yoongi walks into his bedroom and grabs a car key. He rushes out of the room and hurries downstairs.

Mrs Min spots Yoongi and asks, 'Where are you going?'

He stands still and answers, 'I'm gonna go shopping.'

She asks, 'Don't you have a meeting?'
He answers, 'The meeting is at 1, Mum.'
She says, 'All right.'

He walks out of the house and rushes to his car. He gets into his car and fastens the seatbelt. He starts the engine and begins to drive.

Later at night, Yoongi is having dinner with his parents. Mrs Min notices the noisy bracelet on Yoongi's left hand.

She asks, 'What's with that bracelet, Yoongi?'
He asks, 'What?'
She answers, 'You hate noises.'
He says, 'Ah... I thought it looked pretty.'
She asks, 'When did you start liking pretty stuff?'

Mr Min says, 'Come on, Yoo-Jin. Let the boy breathe.'
Mrs Min says, 'But-'
Yoongi says, 'I saw it. I liked it. I wanted it. I bought it.'
Mr Min says, 'All right. Calm down, boy.'

Yoongi stuffs his mouth with mashed potatoes and starts to chew it.

Mrs Min sighs heavily and resumes having her dinner.

The next day.

In the evening, Yoongi walks into his house wearing a suit. He steps into the kitchen and spots Mrs Min.

He asks, 'Do you want me to hand over something to Jimin?' and loosens his tie.

She answers in a questioning tone, 'Uh, no...?'

He sighs and says, 'All right.'

She asks, 'What's with that sigh?' and stares at him.

He answers, 'Nothing.' and walks off.

Later at night, Yoongi is in bed with his phone. He makes a call to Jimin with a sigh.

Over the phone.

Yoongi: Hello, Jimin...

Jimin: Yoongi...

Yoongi: Uh... I called you but, I don't know what to say.

Jimin: Oh... That's okay. Didn't Aunt Min make something for me?

Yoongi: Uh... I asked her and she said "No".

Jimin: Okay...

Yoongi: What are you doing?

Jimin: I was listening to an audiobook.

Yoongi: You said that you didn't like it, didn't you?

Jimin: Well... It lacks feelings.

Yoongi: Aye.

Jimin: I can't see. I definitely can't read. The only way to read books is to listen to audiobooks.

Yoongi: Have you learnt Braille?

Jimin: Of course. Braille versions of books aren't widely available.

Yoongi: I can read books to you.

Jimin: Oh... Well...

Yoongi: I'm sure that you'll not despise my voice.

Jimin: No, definitely not.

Yoongi: Aye. Also, I can make sure that I read it with feelings.

A shy smile gleams on Yoongi's lips upon hearing Jimin chuckle softly.

Yoongi: What?

Jimin: Let's see how you read to me.

Yoongi: Okay...

Jimin: What were you doing?

Yoongi: I just sent an email and called you.

Jimin: Okay...

Yoongi: It's pretty late. I think you should sleep.

Jimin: Aye. Good night, Yoongi.

Yoongi: Good night, Jimin.

Jimin: Bye...

Yoongi: Bye.

Yoongi hangs up and chuckles softly. He plugs in his phone to charge and covers himself with the blanket.
