I know I'm an entire day late, but I'm just now getting the chance to seriously talk about this. In case you live under a rock or something, as of yesterday, June 26 2015, gay marriage has been announced legal in all fifty states by the U.S. Supreme Court, regardless of laws banning it in any state. This is just... monumental. I'm actually proud of this country for once because they have finally taken the step to allow people like me and my brothers and sisters (you guys) to marry anyone we want, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. I know that it will take a very long time for people to get used to, but just like with black and white equality I know that we will jump over this giant hurdle in American history. If you haven't seen Kids React to Gay Marriage on Youtube, I highly suggest you watch it. It proves that if children are able to accept us without question and even support us, at the youngest being the age of six, then adults should be able to as well.

I'm proud to be in a country that accepts people like me for who we are. I have spent four years keeping myself in the dark from my general public, but as of this year I came out to my Chior class by dating a girl openly. Everyone accepted me, and I was very happy about that. Being Pansexual makes things strange for me, because some people ask me if there's a preference that I like, male or female. To answer that, let me ask you this. Do you prefer a person to have a great body, or a great personality? I prefer their personality. I don't care if they have boobs, a vagina, a dick or all of the above. I just love that person for who they are, not for what they offer me.

For those that say gay marriage is wrong, or that it shouldn't happen because it's gross or unnatural, look at the grand canyon. It's one of America's greatest landmarks, yet it is unnatural and still beautiful. Gay marriage is one of those things that you have to build a bridge and get the fuck over it. It's the new frontier, it's happening and just a bunch of homophobic people can't change a decision the SUPREME COURT made.

Also to adults that say teenager's can't be gay or bisexual or whatever you are just because we're young and haven't experienced life, you need to think more about it. You don't have to be a certain age to know who you love and who you want to give your heart to. You just know. I have this problem with my own mother, who says I 'Absolutely cannot be Pansexual because you're only fifteen'. No mom, I'm almost an adult. I know who I want to date and who I love, okay? You can't change that.

As I said, yesterday was a great step for LGBT people to make a change.
