Within seconds of exiting lightspeed, the ship carrying Daenerys and Anakin had a breathtaking view of the planet Coruscant. Daenerys was mesmerized by the sprawling metropolis of lights that enveloped the entire planet. Her eyes widened in awe, and she couldn't contain her amazement at the grandeur of the cityscape. It was a sight unlike anything she had ever seen, even during her rule in Meereen. The magnitude of Coruscant's urban expanse left her in a state of wonder.
Anakin couldn't help but notice Daenerys's wide-eyed fascination with Coruscant. A faint smile played on his lips as he watched her react to the bustling city. Her genuine awe and excitement tugged at his heartstrings, and he found himself blushing slightly under her gaze.
Daenerys turned to look at Anakin and asked, "What...?"
Caught off guard, Anakin quickly averted his eyes, cleared his throat, and stammered, "N-nothing."
Daenerys, still looking at Anakin, noticed his flustered reaction. Her cheeks began to flush with a rosy hue as she turned her attention back to the planet ahead, gently piloting the ship toward its surface.
As Anakin guided her in the piloting process, they passed by towering buildings, some of which he pointed out. He explained that one of them was the Galactic Senate Building, where crucial decisions in the galaxy were made. Daenerys observed the cityscape with wonder, her eyes taking in the shining skyscrapers they glided past. Her fascination with the alien world of Coruscant continued to grow.
Soon, they approached a majestic temple with pointed towers and a commanding presence. Anakin announced with a sense of pride, "There it is, Daenerys. The Jedi Temple."
The temple, with its grandeur and serenity, stood tall amidst the bustling city. Anakin directed Daenerys to land the ship on a platform adjacent to the temple.
Once the ship was securely on the ground, Anakin assisted her in shutting down its systems and opening the hatch at the rear, and together, they disembarked from the vessel.
As Daenerys set foot on Coruscant's surface, she turned around to gaze in awe at the Jedi Temple before her and the towering skyscrapers of the city beyond. The marvel of this foreign world continued to captivate her.
Suddenly, a familiar voice called out to them, and it was none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi. Anakin strode over to Obi-Wan, greeting his former master with a warm and tight hug.
"It is good to see you, Master," Anakin greeted.
Obi-Wan observed Anakin with a knowing look and remarked, "You look like you've been through quite a bit, Anakin."
Anakin chuckled before replying, "You have no idea."
Daenerys approached the two Jedi Knights, her presence capturing Obi-Wan's attention. Anakin began to introduce her, but Obi-Wan smoothly interjected, "Daenerys Targaryen, I presume. It's an honor to finally meet you in person." He extended his hand to her, and Daenerys shook it graciously, replying, "The honor is all mine."
Obi-Wan then suggested that they head inside the temple to freshen up and get some much-needed rest. Daenerys couldn't contain her amazement as she entered the temple's interior, once again finding herself in awe of its grandeur.
However, Obi-Wan halted their progress within the temple. He explained that the Jedi Council urgently needed to speak with Anakin and that they might also want to meet Daenerys. Anakin sighed in response, expressing a desire to have a new right hand before facing the Council.
Obi-Wan, while sympathetic, stressed the urgency of the situation and told Anakin not to worry. He assured them that he would take care of Daenerys and show her to her quarters while Anakin met with the Jedi Council. With a nod, Anakin parted ways with them, heading toward his meeting, while Daenerys waved farewell and followed Obi-Wan to her soon-to-be new chambers within the Jedi Temple.
