A KNOCK CAME FROM THE DOOR. Kazumi had her arms crossed as a pillow for her wet head of hair an oversized black sweatshirt on her and oversized athletic shorts. Megumi had one side of his head resting on the table and hands in his lap with clothes similar to the girl just not as ill-fitting. The two teens slowly opened their eyes to make eye contact with each other, both sitting uncomfortably around a small table on the floor.

"Fushiguro!" The cheery voice resonated loudly from the other side of the door.

The boy hastily stood up and opened the door to be created by his polar opposite, Itadori Yuji.

"What?" He asked him. The boy on the other side of the door peered into the room and saw the girl rubbing her eyes and squinting to take everything in.

"Gojo still isn't back, what do we do?" He asked his spikey-haired friend. The dark-haired boy shrugged. It was just like the aloof mentor to leave them not knowing what to do. He was thinking about their plan of action when something occurred to him.

"Did you leave her brother alone?" He questioned Itadori. Yuji nodded, "He was cool! I don't see why not," The girl perked up at hearing this. Now that she was aware of this, she noticed how the humidity in the air was stagnant feeling. When did he leave? Without me?

"Gojo-sensei said to not leave either of them alone," He hissed to his sometimes too-trusting friend. It was just like Itadori to trust someone like Ayumu Okamoto easily. While the girl seemed trustworthy enough to not leave, her brother made him uneasy. He marched back into his room grabbed the girl by her forearm and hoisted her up. She went along with it, knowing why he was taking so many precautions on her.

"Okamoto, you have to stay with me," He told her looking at her with a glare. She heard it again, he was no longer a source of a soothing drizzle of rain, it was an angry storm. Could it be because he was on edge and now his cursed energy was not as perfectly controlled?

The three opened the door to the pinkette's room and saw that the older Okamaoto was nowhere to be seen. "Itadori, tell Gojo now," Fuhsiguro calmly ordered. Yuuji fumbled with his phone and called their mentor only to be sent to voicemail then sent him multiple text messages.

Gojo did not reply. It felt like a sick sense of deja vu, dread beginning to pool in Itadori's stomach from his actions.

"Maybe he's busy right now?" Yuji tried to comfort his own and his friends spiking panic. They both turned to the girl between them. She swiveled her head multiple times to try to make eye contact with both of them. A mouth appeared on the left side of Itadori's cheek, "What are you all wound up for, she's just a girl," He slapped the extra mouth on his cheek and muttered a quick 'sorry'.

"What the fuck was that?" The girl questioned. Is that why his energy was so loud? Is he housing something else inside him? Was he like her? Itadori's mouth kept opening and closing, with no words coming out, not knowing how to explain his situation.
