SO, THE DARK-HAIRED GIRL FOLLOWS THE BOY OUT OF THE DORMITORIES AND TO THE OUTSIDE.

Now that they were outside it was awkward. Why was she so adamant on seeing the damn rain anyway? Though, it was a lot better than the boy's room. The breeze against her skin felt good, the coldness of the air and the humidity outside were a lot better than the one inside.

"Are we allowed to be out?" Kazumi asked, looking at Fushiguro's back. He was staring out into the abyss letting the sound of rain echo through his head. He was a rule follower after all, did he feel like he lost control of the situation? He did not answer her. Perhaps he was so sleep-deprived or lost in the sound of the rain. He was debating in his head if this was a sound decision. But inside or out he was losing sleep either way they both seemed awkward.

She repeated once again, "Are we allowed to be out?"

The boy turned to look at her and tried to reason in his head that this was not a bad idea. His mentor seemed pretty lax for what these people might be capable of. He was wary of how much unknown there was surrounding the Okamoto's, their identities, and their powers. But, then again, she was just like him. A teenager. And Gojo would not have left them alone if he thought they were truly capable of anything Itadori or Fushiguro were not.

Except for the countless times when they were assigned missions above their grade.

"It's fine," He responded fatly. He would not let anything go wrong. He could do this himself if the situation were to take a turn.

"You're not afraid I'll try to escape and hurt you?" She asked as she began to climb the small fence in between the supportive beams. She sat down on the fence, legs swinging in front of her, and hands wrapped around the top to secure herself.

He walked near her and leaned onto the fence. He felt himself growing more alert as he grew conscious of the goosebumps rising on his skin from the chill of the night being amplified by the rain.

"I don't care," He replied. He believed the words he spoke.

"What?" She quickly replied looking up at him. Perhaps her perception of his was incorrect. "What do you mean?" She asked, he noticed the glint in her eyes. Amusement.

He did not answer and just kept eye contact with her by side-eyeing her. She narrowed her eyes at him as she cursed him in her mind. He should care, if not for his magic society, for his own damn life. Or maybe he was undermining her. Or maybe he was stronger than her.

She sighed and broke eye contact with the now-- even more intriguing boy.

He still looked at her from the corner of his eye. He would have never thought she could see the same things as him. The way she held herself contradicted the way she spoke.
