The forest from below was a void of green. The sun's light was piercing through the leaves that covered the trees. There was barely anything here but trees, and fallen logs with moss covering them.

Though most of the area was covered by trees, one of the trees had something strange attached to it. It was a large white cloud, no, a large cloth of some kind perhaps? It's not until you look closer then you begin to realize what it is.

It was a parachute. Snagged on the top of one of the trees, and it was connected to a chair that was dangling from the parachute. One wrong move, and the rope that binds the chair and the parachute will snap.

A dizzy and tired Claire lazily opened her eyes. Her vision was blurry but was beginning to focus. After the Pterosaurs had sliced a hole into the parachute, she plummeted into the forest. Luckily, there was a tree that broke her fall.

Claire breathed slowly to calm herself. Once her vision returned, she looked around the place in which she was at. It was a fairly misty forest. Most of the mist was on the ground and Claire could barely see how far up she was from the floor.

She looked around the chair she was in, trying to find out how to detach herself from it. She was held in with straps that had clips on them. When she found the clips, she was about to disconnect them from the chair so she'd fall to the ground. She wasn't too high up. Just high enough to where she can land down safety without breaking anything.

Just as Claire went to unclip herself from the chair, something made her froze.

Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick

There was a very unusual sound. A kind of clicking noise. She's never heard of such a sound before. She's seen multiple animals over the years and yet she doesn't recognize that kind of sound. She tried to slow her breathing even more to stop herself from panicking. Screaming in a place like this is asking for death.

Claire looked down to see if there was anything below her that could have made that nosie. The mist that was covering this area made it hard to see anything, but she did hear another kind of sound near the trees.

The distinctive mooing of a cow.

The mammal was peacefully grazing on plants without a care in the world. Claire looked at the cow for a few seconds, and for some reason, her brain thought that this was the creature who made those noises. Maybe she just heard it wrong and it was simply just a cow calling out to others.

But as far as she knew, they don't make sounds like that. Although, something in this forest did.

As much as Claire tried to calm herself down, she looked to her right. There was a large tree nearby. And the clicking sound was getting closer and closer and it seemed to be coming from behind that tree.

Claire narrowed her eyes. Something was poking it's head out from behind the tree. The front of it's head looked sharp, like a beak. The more it moved, the more she saw when it came to the animal's appearance.

It had a long neck, a robust body, fairly short legs, a short tail, and most prominently, it had three long claws on each of it's hands. Claire had never seen such a dinosaur. Though she knew a fair amount about them, she wasn't familiar with what she was looking at right now. But she did notice one thing.

One of the creature's eyes, specifically the left one, was damaged and had three scars on it. Which indicates to her that this dinsoaur has already been through it's fair share of challenges.

It was Cutter the Therizinosaurus. The only herbivore in the valley who most people would mistake for a carnivore. But it's not because he's a theropod. There's something else about him that makes him feel like like a leaf eater and more like a wolf in sheep's clothing.
