Elliot stayed inside of Ramsay's office with Frances and Richard as he was instructed to do. Because he didn't have much to do, he pulled out his laptop and started looking at a gallery of his.

It had many pictures, mainly of his days in school when he was younger. But he singled out a particular picture that he held close to him.

The picture in question was of him and his brother during their graduation in the 12th grade. It was a very important day for them but Elliot wasn't as enthusiastic as his brother was because he was a relatively carefree person. With college just around the corner, he wasn't sure if graduating was either a good or bad thing considering the hardships he'd have to face in the future.

Frances noticed this and wanted to ask him about it?

"What're you doing there, doctor?" Frances asked politely.

Elliot moved his head to face her and he looked back to his monitor afterwards.

"Just trying to pass the time." Elliot said.

He wondered why Henry became who he became. He was so happy back then. And yet now, the only time Elliot ever sees him smile is if he's mocking someone, and usually it's Elliot.

Whilst Frances didn't know much about the history between the two brothers, she could tell that finding out about Henry's true nature is more than just troubling for Elliot.

It's painful.

It's as if he was talking to a stranger this whole time. Someone who seems like somebody he knew but really, he only saw what Henry wanted him to see. Elliot himself doesn't know what was true about Henry at this point.

Did he really go down a spiral of madness, or was he always like this and just hid it from everyone else so nobody would question him?

To Elliot, it didn't matter. He was still in pain. There was only one reason he joined this company, but what happens when the person you joined this company for isn't the person you wanted to help?

"You're thinking about your brother again, aren't you?" Frances queried.

Elliot placed a hand over his mouth and sighed.

"It's hard not to think about. He was so kind back then. So humble. But now... I don't even know what he is now. All I know is that had I acted sooner, he wouldn't have turned out like this." Elliot shook his head.

Where did he go wrong? Elliot has always been a good brother, hasn't he? All he's ever done since his birth was love his brother. The only time they would argue is if they got into a scientific debate, apart from that, they were as close as brothers could be.

Which is why it's such a shock to see him for who he truly is. Or what he turned into after he joined this company.

"You know, you're not alone in this." Richard spoke up.

"I know. Of course I'm not. I have you two and the others with me." Elliot replied with a faint smile.

Richard shook his head. "That's not what I meant.". He said.

"Huh?" Elliot voiced.

Richard slowly walked over. His lips were trembling because he's never told anybody from The Whistleblowers about this because of how personal this was for him. But he thought that if there were a time for him to vent all of this out, it might be now.

"When I was younger, my parents always encouraged me when it came to liking prehistory. They made it seem like both of them wanted me to chase my dream of becoming a paleontologist... When really, only one of them believed in me." Richard sighed.
