Before You

The Bucket List

Chan looked at his phone and smiled. He knows that it's risky for 2 of the members to get involved with eachother. He knew that staff wouldn't like it and that they may try to seperate the 2. There was one thing, however, that Chan knew above all: the smiles on his member's faces were his responsibility to protect, whatever it may mean.

"What's up Chan?" Minho asked, noticing the smile of the eldest followed by a frown of concern.

"Can I talk to you real quick?" Chan signaled for Minho to follow him to the kitchen area.

"Something wrong?" Minho asked concerned once they were out of earshot of the others.

"Hyunjin is sleeping in Felix's room tonight." Chan said with a serious face.

"Oh~" Minho raised his eyebrow suggestively.

"It's not like that.. I don't think.. but Min, I'm gonna need your help." Chan's expression turned sad.

"With what?" Minho asked, his tone following the same concern.

"With protecting those 2 from the backlash of their feelings coming to light. Considering your response I'm guessing you know about Hyunjin right?" Chan stated.

"Yeah, man is whipped" Minho chuckled slightly but his playful nature quickly dropped. "But... wait... does that mean Felix actually likes him? I mean I had a pretty good idea but with Lix it's hard to tell.." Minho continued, his eyes widening.

"Yeah, he basically admitted it to me. He said he wasn't sure of his feelings, but I'm pretty sure he is just scared, same as Hyun." Chan said, a smirk crept on Minho's face.

"So.. how do we protect them? I mean there is not yet a 'them' to protect yet.."

"Staff can't know about it until they are ready to come out completely, there is no turning back once that happens. I need your help to keep an eye on them and cover for them. As for the 'them' part, I have a feeling it won't be much longer now." Chan smirked. Both looked back at the group in the living room briefly before nodding to eachother to acknowledge their understanding.

They returned to the group as the movie was nearing the end.

"What was that about?" Jisung whispered to Minho. Minho smiled and leaned into Jisung's side, his lips almost brushing his ear.

"Seems like soon we won't be the only hidden couple in the group. Hyun is sleeping in Lix's room tonight." Minho playfully teased, Jisung's mouth dropped and Chan glared at Minho.

Minho pushed Jisung's chin up to close his mouth, still in the same position he was in before. "You can save that for later, huh Hannie?" Minho smirked feeling Jisung's ear turn hot on his lip that was barely touching the ear. Chan's glare turned into suspicion and an eyebrow raise.

Minho held his finger up to his own lips, telling Chan all he needed to know. Chan groaned silently but gave Minho and Jisung a smile. 'I really have my hands full with them.'

The movie finished soon after and after some yawns and stretches all the members went to their perspective rooms.

"Where's Hyun? He never came back." Changbin asked as the other A dorm members headed toward the door to go back home. "He must have fallen asleep, better not wake his grouchy butt huh?" Chan covered. Changbin nodded and shrugged his shoulders before heading out following Chan.

The following morning Felix woke up first, as expected. He didn't feel weird or nervous this time around. Hyunjin still had his arm around Felix's waist and his chest was rising and falling rhythmically with his breaths. He looked magnificent.
