"Here's your almond milk, Olivia." Rosie said as she handed the glass to the woman sitting comfortably on the couch.

"Thank you, Sister Rosie. You really know my favorite." She sweetly smiled to the old woman, but it soon vanished the moment Ruby left the room.

She glared at me and dropped her Princess Act.

"It's almost fucking summer solstice Io. How much longer do you plan on staying here?" Bakas ang pagkairita sa tono ng boses niya.

"You're in a holy ground, Emma. Watch your language. I am still the Grand Priest at this moment, so do not call me using my real name."

"Yet you called me Emma." Katwiran nito at saka sinamaan ako ng tingin.

She scoffs at me, "Me? You perfectly know what I came here for, Io! I am here to convince you again. We need to fucking leave! The story is over. There's no more chapters and scenes to lay out. It ended four fucking years ago!"

I pulled her up as I sat down the couch and firmly puts her on my lap. Pinahinga ko ang noo ko sa balikat ni Emma at saka huminga ng malalim.

She stiffened, "I don't care. We need to leave, Io. You need to get out of this story."

I reached out her short brown curly hair that was once golden.

"You know why I can't leave her alone. I need her to recover. She must."

Her sharp gaze went thru me. "You care so much about her, huh? What is this all about? Did you actually fall for her while baby sitting her?"

Ngumisi ako ng bahagya ng makita ang pagmamaldita niya.

"Well, she's pretty." Biro ko.

"Really..." she gasped. Nawala ang ngisi ko ng makita ang pagseryoso at betrayal sa mata niya.

"Emma, that was a bad joke. I'm sorry." I stroke her hair as I whisper my apology.

"You certainly know the reason why I can't leave her alone. I don't want to move on be or our merry way because we both know she has something that should belong to you." Pag-amin ko.

Bahagya siyang humarap sakin at hinawakan ang pisngi ko. Olivia's face is starting to fade, and I can see the real Emma.

"It's fine with me if she'll have half of my aura. I did it to my own accord. I wanted to help her, that's why I did it. Hindi naman ako nagsisisi."

Napapikit ako ng marahan, "Pwes ako nagsisisi ako, Emma. I regret agreeing to your plan. That's why I can't leave this world unless I got your aura back. Please, let me do this for you."

"And sacrifice your powers in return? I don't want that Io. I am totally fine even though I only have half of my aura."

Humigpit ang yakap ko sakanya, "We both know you aren't. Losing your aura means losing your capability to use magic."

Kinagat niya ang ibabang labi at saka nag-iwas ng tingin. "Well, as I've said, I won't regret any of my decisions. I like magic, but I love seeing people smile too."

"I love your smile, Emma. That's why I am doing this. You love magic. It makes you happy. At kung masaya ka, ganoon din ako."

"But there's no other way, Io. Amaury lost her soul already. If we take back my aura from her, she'll die."
