I couldn't keep calm, after 2 years of not seeing her, my office was the last place that I expected to see her. I thought she was about to blow the building up, but thankfully she didn't, she knew how much this company is important to me. Not that she cared about my feelings since I lied to her for almost a decade. She had changed, she cut her hair and dyed it. I guess she wanted to move on and change. I felt hurt, even though I was the one that was getting married, I had hoped that she would have been my first wife, because in a way we were always engaged, I considered her my fiancé even if I never got on one knee to ask her, I was going to marry her one day, at least that's what I thought when I was back in university. The day we graduated I had took her to a hotel outside the city so we could have a private celebration. That was one of the greatest days of my life. I knew that I couldn't blame Adria for hating me and she was right I just wanted to keep her by my side and lie to her even if that wasn't my intention it's what I ended up doing and I've regretted it for a very long time.

"Kace? What are you doing here?" She asked confused.

"I don't know." I admitted, I just knew I had to see her and I didn't know what else would happen once I got there. But I knew I would just go with the flow.

"I've missed you a great deal, princess..." I said. She looked mad, pissed even.

"Are you out of your mind?!" She said, well more like yelled. "You can't say things like that, you're engaged for goodness sake!"
