Samm's POV (:
The party had been going fine, other than the fact that there were some people giving me cold shoulders. I mean, what I did was almost three months ago. It's not like I've changed so much that people can't even speak to me!
I went to the kitchen and pulled a water bottle out of the fridge. Taking a swig from it, I ran a hand down my face.
What was I doing here? Why did I really want to come back to Damon? I could have been perfectly fine not having to see him, but yet here I am, in his house at a party where I don't belong.
Just as I was about to leave the kitchen, someone grabbed onto my wrist and spun me around. Whoever it was placed their lips and forced me to kiss them. The grasp of the person was really tight as I struggled to get out of their grip, but I was going nowhere. The person held me into place with all the force they could manage. When they began kissing down my neck, I tried my very best to rip them off so I punched whoever it was in the face and walked out.
Tears began escaping my eyes. Who does that shit?! Drunk or not, it's disgusting! The tears flowed freely as I sobbed.
'I'll call you if anything happens.' My own words rang in my mind. Should I call Evan? This was my first time that I was able to actually do something adult-like. I didn't want Evan to not be able to trust me.
"Samm! Why'd you come outside? It's kinda cold out here." Matt's voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Just needed a breather." I said, quickly wiping my tears away.
"Woah. What happened? Are you okay?" He asked me, sinking down to the ground with me.
"Just great. Thanks for asking Matt. You can go back inside if you want to. Don't wait up for me."
Matt didn't say anything, just pulled his phone out.
"Hey man, can you come outside? Don't ask, just come out." After Matt hung up, the sound of a door opening caught my attention. Damon walked outside, coming straight to us.
"Oh my gosh Samm! What's wrong!" He asked me once he got to where Matt and I were standing.
"I'll leave you two alone." Matt gave me a quick hug before going back inside.
"Seriously Samm, what's wrong?" Damon sounded so sad and I felt really bad for making him have go come outside and miss the party.
"It's nothing Damon. I shouldn't have come here." I looked up at the sky. The sun was shining bright in the sky, leaving everything to look like it was made of pure gold.
"Why was it bad idea coming?" Damon asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Parties aren't my thing. Nor are drunk people. They lose their mind Damon and its not fair to have to watch them waste theirselves away." What a pathetic excuse Samm.
I put my hand down and stared at my wrist. My fingers ran along the scars and I sighed. These scars would forever remind me how stupid and weak I was. To cut because a guy didn't love me? It was pathetic on my part.
"Samm, that's not the truth. Come on, tell me what really happened."
Damon grabbed my chin, forcing me to look at him.
"Nothing happened Damon." I was not going to tell him someone was forcing me to kiss them. No, I would not do that.
"Samm.... I understand that you don't trust me, but you're crying. You can't really expect me to stay here watching you cry. You won't tell me what's wrong with you. You seemed happy before coming inside. I thought you would happy to see all your friends!" Damon shouted.
