A Summer Without You

New Days

It has been a few days since the "incident" happened. Pam and the whole Pachaya family are sentenced to life imprisonment (well aside from the younger ones of the family as they've handed over to the system or foster homes as they're too young to be left alone) because they just didn't do their scheme on both Puttha and Romsaithong family but many other big families in whole of Thailand, they did it since Pam was just a freshman in high school.

It also has been a few weeks already since "Build's" cremation happened. Well the real Build Jakapan Puttha had decided to go abroad, well he went to Cambodia to study again. Not even Bible knows where he really went because the latter didn't want the younger to know where he went. He went to Colombia not only to study but to also find himself. Ever since that night, he promised that the moment the Pachaya Family has been put to their right place, he'll run away from home for a while...well not to run away from his responsibility and his feelings towards the younger, he just wanted to clear his mind so that he comes back home, he will surely tell Bible about his true feelings for him.

Five weeks ago...

It was the last day of his "funeral", many believed that he really died but he didn't....as it was only for a show, to make Pam that he really did died. Even on the very last day of their show...Pam still insisted to see him and that she wanted to be there on his "cremation". But seeing the woman who almost put their family in danger, Us couldn't hold himself back as he strode towards Pam and dragged her out of the room.

"It's all your fault. You're the reason why he left us, he left us for good...if it wasn't because of your ambitions, my brother would still be alive...he would still be here with us, making us happy and he would still be here when I or P'Tong gets married in the future, and you really have the guts to show your face in here." Us said furiously not really caring if someone heard him or not.

"I know what I did was wrong... you're right, my family is greedy for money and will do anything and everything for us to be on the same level as other rich people and admit that we did it the wrong way instead of striving our way to the top. And I know that no matter how many times I apologize for all the things that I did, it won't change the fact that I killed the person who did nothing bad towards me and mistook his kindness and thoughtfulness as love. And I know for myself that saying sorry to all of you will not bring him back to you." She said lowering her head as she doesn't want for the older to see her tears, leaving out the details about her hurting Build back when they're in middle and senior year. That she was the bully who inflicted those bruises on the latters arms that he tried to cover up with make up.

The how many times Build was sent to the school clinic for she purposely stepped on his foot and the many times she insulted him for being gay. For even telling him that she's dating the campus heartthrob just so she can make him jealous and make him realize that she is the only person that he is fit to be with instead of him being with someone just like him.

And out of the corner, Build heard everything that she said. Although he pitted her, it's still not enough....not enough for him to forgive her, maybe in the future he will, but for now, he wants to see her suffer, it may not be the same he suffered, but surely it will give her the reason to change for good. But as they say...no matter how hard you try to change yourself for good, the bad in you will always remain within you.

And so it made Biu made up his mind that he'll leave the country just for a while, not knowing on how long he'll be gone....all he thinks for now is to find himself and he comes back, he's ready to face everything again and he doesn't want for the same event to happen to him...but if it ever happens again, he'll be more prepared and ready, ready to put those people on their right places.
