Chapter 31

Next morning Tahir woke up and saw Sarvi sleeping in his arms. She looked extremely cute, he couldn't help but admire her. He slowly removed her hair that were disturbing his view and then gently caressed her cheek. She leaned into the warmth of his touch making him admire her even more.

He admired her for some more time noticing her features this close for the very first time. After sometime he felt her waking up. Sarvi woke up and looked at Tahir who was already looking at her. She wished him good morning and snuggled more into him, still half asleep liking the warmth of his embrace. He chuckled at her actions and wished her back, hugging her, totally enjoying their cuddle session. After cuddling for some more time finally Sarvi woke up completely and looked at him.

She asked "What is the time right now?"

"Its 9 am." replied Tahir.

"What it's already 9. I'm so late. By the way when did you wake up?" she asked.

"I woke up at 7 I guess." replied Tahir.

"So early. What have you been doing since you woke up?" she asked.

"Well I guess my body is used to waking up early and I have been just admiring you since I woke up. You looked extremely cute and adorable while sleeping, so I couldn't stop myself from doing it." he said while removing the baby hair from her face and making Sarvi flustered.

She looked at him with her red cheeks and said "how can you say something so cheesy so casually?"

He just shrugged like it's the most normal thing and then they decided to get ready for the very first morning of their new beginning together.

Sarvi wore a red dress and was wearing her earing, when Tahir came out wearing his suit. He looked at Sarvi through mirror and forgot to look away. She looked like a goddess in that red dress. He came and hugged her from behind keeping his arms around her waist and his chin on her shoulder. Sarvi felt shy because of his actions but continued with her work.

He pecked her cheeks and said "How do you always look so gorgeous and beautiful?"

"What are you doing? Get ready we are already late everyone would be waiting for us." she replied shyly.

"Oh god, my wife doesn't even care about me. Here I'm trying to spend some good time with her, but she want to leave me and go to others. It hasn't even been a day and she already started prioritising others. Why god why?" said Tahir dramatically making Sarvi shocked and flustered as she as never seen him like this even.

She has always seen him serious and dominating, seeing him like this is really funny and shocking for her. She looked at him with wide eyes but he just chuckled at her face and said while setting his hairs "Now finish getting ready, we have go. As you said we are already late."

Then they finished getting ready and went out of their room. As they moved out of their room Sarvi felt the aura around her and Tahir changing. He was back to his serious and dominating mode, long gone was playful Tahir. She was surprised at how fast his mood and aura can change. Ignoring everything she happily moved towards dining table excited to meet her cousins and have good food in peace after a hectic week.

After reaching the dining table they were welcomed with teasing looks and sounds. Sarvi and Tahir greeted the elders. Tahir sat on his regular seat when he saw Sarvi moving towards her old seat he called her and said "Sarvi sit here." in a serious tone making her sit beside him. All the youngsters hooted at this while elders just smiled.

"Yeah, Sarvi now your seat is permanently shifted to beside bhaijaan." said Sahil teasingly earning a glare from the couple.

Everyone started with their breakfast when Arushi suddenly gasped pulling everyone's attention towards her. She was looking at Sarvi more particularly at Sarvi's neck. Arushi excitedly said " Oh my god is that a emerald necklace ! Is it your wedding gift ?"

Sarvi immediately touched her necklace feeling flustered and nervous because of the attention. She lightly nodded her neck. Making the youngster hoot and compliment her.

The everyone continued with their breakfast talking and enjoying each other's company.
