Note: Any relationships or parts of relationships that aren't mentioned stay relatively the same or aren't important enough to be mentioned.

Sans + Papyrus: The brothers still love each other but their relationship has become more distant due to Papyrus' role in the Royal Guard taking up time. They aren't together as often as in the original. Papyrus doesn't want Sans to get hurt during his Royal Guard duties. Sans is scared that when war officially breaks out either in the Underground or on the Surface, he will lose his brother.

Papyrus + Undyne: Their relationship is much more professional now due to Undyne now officially being Papyrus' boss and not just his 'trainer'. Papyrus looks up to Undyne and purposefully looks past her issues, genuinely believing her to be a good person at heart. Undyne is fond of Papyrus' antics but is trying to train him to put his kindness aside during battle, believing it would get him killed if he were to face off against one of the rebels, especially the human.

Alphys + Undyne: The romance is there, but is heavily stained. Undyne's hatred and Alphys' declining mental health have created a wedge between the two. While they can admit their feelings for each other during Frisk's journey, they never officially start dating until long after the end, with both either agreeing they need to on themselves as individuals or simply letting their flaws consume them. Let's hope Undyne never finds out that Alphys helped the rebels.

Papyrus + Martlet: BFFs, almost sibling-like. Martlet had been the first to approach Papyrus when he joined the guard and offered her friendship to him. They spend most of their time together training, talking about puzzles and cooking. They have greatly improved each other as individuals. Martlet has helped Papyrus become a decent cook and become more socially aware so he isn't as annoying. Thanks to personal experience, Papyrus broke Martlet's habit of dozing off during work... mostly. The only real dampener on their relationship is Martlet's secret allegiance.

Martlet + Sans: They met each other through Papyrus, obviously. They aren't close but they get along well. Sans appreciates everything Martlet has done for his brother. Martlet enjoys Sans' company and sometimes humours him with her own jokes but sometimes, when everything is quiet, Martlet gets this strange feeling that there is more to the funny boneman than meets the eyes.

Starlo + Ceroba: Due to their high-ranking positions in the Sanctuary, they often need to work together so they end up spending a lot of time together, both in and out of work.
Despite trying to keep things professional, they have grown to be much closer. After Clover's journey ended, Starlo had quite literally become her North Star, guiding her through the process of healing.

Starlo + Undyne: The most aggressive negotiators on both sides. They have a very intense rivalry, with Starlo being a proud fan of humans even before meeting Clover and with Undyne's sole mission in life being running a spear through every human's soul, especially Clover. Eventually, it was decided neither should attend any diplomatic meetings if the other is.

Ceroba + Alphys: Ceroba wants answers. Alphys is too scared to give them. Alphys is also scared that Ceroba can make people start asking questions about what happened to the Monsters sent to the lab.

Feisty Five: Despite not having as much time for adventures as they had before, this group of friends is still extremely close. They're always ready to help each other and always find the time to hang out. Together, they will keep the Sanctuary safe and comfortable.

Clover + Asgore: These two leaders share a mutual respect for each other. The anger and hatred Clover held for the King of Monsters mellowed down over the years. Asgore has grown to admire Clover's determination to protect his people, both human and Monster and is deeply saddened by the circumstances of his Fall. Neither wants war with the other but they stick to their ideals for the sake of their people. There is a comfortable understanding between the two. However, Clover has made it clear that he won't hesitate to kill Asgore if it means protecting the life of an innocent human.

Flowey + Clover: An agreement exists between them. Clover says nothing about Flowey and puts on a good show and Flowey will only RESET and maximum of one day. Deep down, Flowey knows Clover is capable of killing him permanently.

Frisk + Clover: Clover is the only who can keep Frisk in check.
