Chapter - 02

In Cloud Recesses

Yiling Wei Sect just arrived at Cloud Recesses to celebrate the birthday of Second Young Master Lan. Grandmaster Lan Qiren, Sect Leader Lan Xichen, Lan Guanyao welcomed them and led them to Lanshi which was the meeting hall of Gusu Lan Sect.

Lan Yibo was present at Lanshi. He was stealing glanced at Wei Zhan who was greeting his brother.

Zhan noticed that someone was staring at him. He turned around and found out that Yibo was stealing glances at him. He smiled and approached Yibo.

"It's bad manner to not greet your elders. Don't you think so, Second Young Master Lan?" Zhan asked playfully and Yibo became embarrassed as he forgot to greet Zhan.

"Welcome to Cloud Recesses, First Young Master Wei." Yibo said as he bowed to Zhan and Zhan chuckled.

"No need, Second Young Master." Zhan said with a soft smile and Yibo shyly nodded his head.

"Yibo ge, why don't you take Sean ge in his quarter. He might be tried after a long journey from Yiling to Gusu." Lan Lusi said and winked at Zhan.

"Yeah, I am very tired." Zhan said.

"Please come with me." Yibo said and Zhan nodded his head. Then left Lanshi after informing their parents.

Zhan and Yibo entered Zhan's quarter in Cloud Recesses. As soon as they went inside the room, Zhan locked the door and pinned Yibo on the door.

Yibo was startled when Zhan pinned him. Before he could respond, Zhan captured his lips and started to kiss him hungrily. Yibo tried to return the kiss but he couldn't keep up with Zhan. So, he gave up and let Zhan kiss him till his heart content.

Zhan kissed Yibo passionately. He missed Yibo so much. It wasn't the first time he kissed Yibo. They kissed a few times since last year.

Zhan reluctantly broke the kiss when he felt that Yibo was out of breath. He joined their forehead together while panting heavily.

"Happy 18th birthday, Lan Bobo." Zhan said after their breath was stabilize.

"Thank you." Yibo said shyly and Zhan hugged Yibo.

"Yibo, I can't stay away from you anymore. Let's get married soon." Zhan said while patting Yibo's head.

"Mn." Yibo said while nodding his head and hugged Zhan tightly.

Next day

Everyone gathered around the banquet hall to celebrate Yibo's 18th birthday. Sect Leaders from different sects came to Cloud Recesses with their heirs and head disciples. Soon the banquet started and everyone started to blessed Yibo or gave him presents.

Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji and Lan Xichen were talking about themselves while staring at Zhan and Yibo who were talking with their cousins.

Suddenly, Sect Leader Li and Sect Leader Chen approached them and greeted them.

"Second Young Master Lan turned 18. It's time for his marriage. Do you have someone in your mind?" Sect Leader Li said curiously.

"Why? Do you want to marry your alpha son to Sect Leader Lan's second son?" Sect Leader Chen asked while raising his eyebrow.

"Well, it's not my only idea. Many people here wants to ask for Second Young Master Lan's hand." Sect Leader Li said and laughed.

"Hey, don't even think about it. Lan Yibo is already my future son-in-law." Wei Wuxian said.
