In Demon Quelling Palace

It's the night before Wei Zhan and Lan Yibo's wedding. Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji came to their son to combed Zhan's hair.

Zhan was sitting in front of a bronze mirror while Lan Wangji was combing his hair while chanting blessings.

"My A-Zhan has grown up. He is going to marry tomorrow." Wei Wuxian said as he felt very emotional.

"I have grown up long ago but didn't marry yet. Hailan had already married long ago." Zhan said while rolling his eyes.

"So what? Can't I feel nostalgic in your wedding? You are our first child. Of course, you will always be special for us." Wei Wuxian said while frowning.

"You are our first child together, A-Zhan. That's why Wei Ying is very attached to you. Don't make fun of him." Lan Wangji said and Zhan nodded his head.

"Hao, hao. I won't make fun of Baba." Zhan said as he turned around and hugged both Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji with his both hands.

"I love you, Baba. I love you, Mama. Thank you for everything." Zhan said.

"No need to thank us. We will always be there for you." Wei Wuxian said and Lan Wangji nodded his head in agreement.

"We will you too." Lan Wangji said and Wei Wuxian smiled nodded his head in agreement. Then both of them kissed Zhan's forehead one by one.

Yibo was sitting in front of a bronze mirror and Jin Guanyao was combing his hair while chanting blessings. Lan Xichen stood beside Jin Guanyao while staring at Yibo through the mirror.

"Our Yibo has grown up. Tomorrow he will get married and leave us." Jin Guanyao said as he finished combing Yibo's hair and hugged Yibo from behind.

"Mn. He will leave us soon." Lan Xichen said while feeling emotional.

"I am not leaving for forever. I will come to visit you regularly." Yibo said while staring at his parents through the mirror.

"Gege literally grow up in the Demon Quelling Palace. So, don't worry about him." Lan Lusi said as she and Lan Xiang entered inside Yibo's private quarter and the others turned to them.

"Yeah, Father, Mother. Don't worry about him. He is always like this staying in the Demon Quelling Palace for half of his life. He just doesn't want to stay in the Cloud Recesses." Lan Xiang said as he approached Yibo.

"Brother is very happy that I am leaving. I won't trouble him anymore." Yibo said and looked away making his parents chuckled.

"You are right. I am very happy. Finally, you will leave. It's good that you presented as an omega. If you presented as an alpha then we have to keep you forever." Xiang said and Yibo became angry.

"Even if I presented as an alpha, I wouldn't stay here. I would still marry Zhan ge and left your sect. Who wants to stay in your boring sect." Yibo said with teary eyes.

"A-Xiang, don't bully your brother." Lan Xichen said strictly.
