My Problem / Larys strong / Davina Targaryen out now!

"Hello Sandor."

"Hello Lady Vaera." Sandor answered. He liked Vaera. She was quiet. Didnt bark orders at him. He wanted to be shifted to vaeras guard permanently.

"I made you this." She fumbled with her creation.

"You made it for me?" Sandor questioned confused as she held it out.

"I didnt know what colors I was using I hope its alright." Vaera added. Sandor chuckled taking the hat from her. "I wanted to make a scarf but it seems so silly since its not cold enough for it down here... do you like it? Its okay if you dont." She added quickly.

" no one has ever made me anything before." Sandor whispered down at the hat. Vaeras smile fell. That was so utterly sad. "Its beautiful." he added. "Umm thank you." Vaera brightened slightly.

" I will make you more things... I'm working on a line right now, but I think I'm going to hold onto that one." She reached out for the little creature she was making she fumbled with the mane. " I wanted to look like a real lion."

"Looks pretty good. I have never seen a real lion up close." Sandor admitted.

"I used to want a pet lion." Vaera added softly as she stroked the yarn as if it was real. "But i see that, that would be silly now."

"Aye. Where would you keep a lion?"

"In a colloseum?" Vaera offered. "But i would want to keep him closer than that. In my chambers."

"And when i came in to check on you one morning fluffy would be gnawing on your mangled leg." Sandor agreed.

"You plan on checking on me for long?" Vaera pondered

"Forever if Gregor stays away." Sandor agreed.

"I dont want him to stay away." Vaera objected.

"Of course you dont." Sandor muttered under his breath.

"Hes my friend."

"Hound!" Was barked out covering vaeras declarations.

"Joffrey honey leave them be. Your aunt needs sandor more than you." Cersei cooed. Vaera glanced to the door. Sandor scowled back at the kings whines.

"I do. Im quite hopeless." Vaera whispered. Sandor almost smiled down at her. His lips gave a certain quirk up that it usually never took.

"But im not done tormenting him." Joffrey corrected.

"Let your aunt have him." Cersei requested. "Gregor is off trying to get your uncle tyrion back-"

"You hate that old imp." Joffrey hissed

"He is still my brother and your uncle. And i want him home." Cersei corrected. Vaeras ears tuned into the drama outside. Sandor stared down at her watching her perfect face contort into a deep frown and durrowed brows.

"Fine. Freaks can have each other." Joffrey agreed.

"Good fuckin' riddance that boy." Sandor huffed out taking a seat on the lounge chair. Vaeras head turned at the sound of the couch shifting with sandors weight.

"Its getting late anyways. If you want to pretend that you are tending to me so you dont have to deal with joffrey thats quite alright. Im just going to stitch more of the lions mane." Vaera assured.

"Can I stay here and hide from the fucker?" Sandor pondered. Vaera moved to the bed nodding.

"Of course. Are you going to sit and stare like gregor too or will you have a conversation with me?"

"What do you think?" Sandor mused. Vaera chuckled finding the edge of her bed.

"I always hate when they tuck the blankets in." Vaera muttered. "I cant ever get in. Have to untuck it every time they make up the beds..."

Sandor watched as vaera walked along her bed untucking the blankets. She tugged on the blankets and sheets until it was free and moved back around the bed. Her foot caught on the now free corner of the sheet and she was falling.

Sandor moved swiftly to her catching her tightly to him. Shocked and eyes wide vaera pant breathlessly.

"I got you."

"Thank you." Vaera answered. Sandor put her back on her feet but she didnt release her grip on his shirt.

"Vae-" he stopped himself and hoisted her onto the bed. Her glossy eyes gaze was glued to him. She still didnt let go.  "You want me to stay." He stated. Vaera slowly let her fingers peel from his shirt and her hands fell abruptly to her lap. "I can stay." Sandor assured. "Bed sheets wont get you up here. Unless you like being all tangled up."

"Im so clumsy." Vaera muttered her face still red surely from her embarrassment.

"We would all be tumbling around in the dark you are quite skilled." Sandor corrected.

"You think?" Vaera sat criss cross on the bed her hands folded in her lap.

"Aye." Sandor agreed.

"I dont think I heard you say much all journey to winterfell or much at the capital- really not a lot since I have known you." Vaera remarked.

"Aye." Sandor agreed simply. Vaera blinked back at him. "You talk enough for the both of us."

"You sound like gregor." Vaera giggled out.

"Dont say shit like that." Sandor begged.
