hair cut
The meeting start, the old man never mind me. napag desisyunan ko na medyo lumayo sa kanila para sa privacy din. the cold wind brushes my knees because I'm wearing a skirt which is my uniform. buti na lang binigyan ako ni Alas ng coat, puwede na rin toh panangga sa lamig.
Alas kept glancing on me, buti nga at hindi naiinis ung kausap niya. kada tama kasi ng mata namin ay hindi niya na inaalis kaya ako na lang ang nag adjust na tumingin sa paligid at panuorin mga tao na nag lalakad. this beach resort is peaceful, maybe I can request to kuya Anthony na pumunta kami dito.
napatingin ako sa gawi nila Alas, and I think medyo mag tatagal pa sila, dahil nakita ko ang kakalapag lang na kape. I sigh. bakit kasi ako pa ang dinala nito, hindi ung girlfriend niya. hindi kalayuan ay natanaw ko ang isang show kung saan may nag pe-perform na babae at lalaki na nag bubuga ng apoy.
'WOW! puwede pala yun?, how come?'
"good evening miss do you have any orders?" napatingin ako sa babaeng nag tanong sakin, she's wearing a red blouse and beige scarf, she's also wearing a skirt. ang cute ng uniform nila.

"doon lang ako promise, I'll wait you there." sabi ko para mas makumbinsi ko siya lalo, ngayon lang ako makakapanuod ng ganoon. he checks first the old man before he looked at me again.
"Wait me here." and then he excused himself and walk towards the old man, he said something and then they shake hands. after that the old man look at me, then smile, I return it with a awkward smile. ano ba ang sinabi ni Alas at ganoon yun ngumiti. hinayaan ko na lang sila at binalik ang tingin sa nag bubuga ng apoy. gusto ko talaga makita yun ng malapitan.
"let's go." he whisper to my ear. his cold voice. I feel hot, kahit hindi naman mainit, bagkus ay malamig nga. 'malamig !so ano toh ?what the fvck'. sumunod ako sa kanya pa baba, naiwan doon ang secretary ata nung ka meeting ni Alas the the old man.
"Alas! tapos na ba meeting niyo? bakit bigla kang umalis, baka hindi pa tapos nakakahiya naman."
"Where done, nag ku-kwentuhan na lang kami doon, wag ka mag alala. you want to watch the fire show, so I'll go with you." he said. huh? kaya ko naman manuod mag isa hindi naman din ako mawawala sa parameter na ito. OA niya naman.
" Kaya ko naman bumaba at panuorin sila, mamaya sabihin nung ka-meeting mo istorbo ako."
'sira kasi, kaya ko naman siguro pumunta doon at makinuod.'
napatigil siya pag lalakad at dahil nakasunod ako sa kanya ay napahinto rin ako. his back is big enough to hide me in the back and I'll stay safe. that's how I felt every time his in front of me. he smirks after he heard my comment. hindi naman siya obligado, kung mahal niya yung buhok niya diba?. " Do you want it short?" nag iwas lang ako ng tingin sa kanya.
"ta-tarana baka hindi natin maabutan ung palabas." sabi ko bago ko siya nilagpasan. naramdaman ko rin naman ang pag sunod niya saakin. nang nasa bukana na kami ng hotel ay napansin kong lahat ng tao ay naka-paa or hindi kaya naka tsinelas. and I look at my shoes.
'I better remove this shoes'
Nag simula na akong mag tanggal ng sapatos at medyas. the cold tile of the hotel and the cold wind feels so new to me. I feel like I'm in a different world. I start to enjoy the show it is fun, and it amazed me, after the show about the fire, there was a party, all people are jumping the music starts to beat than I begin to jump and mimic some moves of the people around me. there are different kinds of lights that start to dance too, some people wearing a bikini shout and sing along with the music. and again, start to wonder why they choose to lock me in a room and not experience this kind of life. I feel a sudden pressure in my head, my vision starts to blur, I see images that is also blurred.
"Mommy I'm sorry!.........."
"you're having anxiety...."
"I don't want to see anyone of you."
hindi ko alam kung ilang oras na akong nakatayo doon at nakapikit. Is that someone's memory?
"Amythyst!..what happened, do you feel dizzy, tell me." he checked me out while I'm starring at him, being worried. umiling ako bilang sagot. " hindi nahilo lang hindi siguro ako sanay sa ganitong lugar." I said before I looked at watch and see that it is quarter to 12 already.
"Alas can you drive pa ba?" tumingin siya sa relo niya tsaka tumango. sanay na siguro siya mag drive ng balikan. tahimik ako buong byahe wala rin naman siyang sinasabi just a few questions. and that's how my day ended.
