okay but talking literally here. nezumi and shion probably never met again. nezumi knew he'd brung shion trouble, and shion knew he would as well. they didn't want to put the other in danger. nezumi wants happiness for shion, so he left him alone. and they still think of each other, and every time it rains nezumi thinks of shion. every single day nezumi thanks shion for opening that window. they've moved on, but they haven't forgotten.
