It's been about 3 weeks since the photoshoot at the basketball practice.
I've been mostly hanging out with Isa and her girlfriend and my new friends from college ever since. No sign of Aaron, or Theo.
As I'm entering the coffee shop on campus, I see Isabella.
"Hey Lena" she has a warm smile on her face.
"What's up?"
"Well, I'm glad you're here because I think I have just came up with an idea for our project" she keeps talking but I stop listening because he walks through the door.
Theo is wearing grey tracksuit shorts and a green t-shirt, his usual look. He sits at a table with a guy from his team. I know this because I recognize him from practice.
"Elena, did you hear anything I just said?" isa looks pissed "What is wrong with you, what are you looking at-" and she turns around.
"Nothing isa, sorry! You were saying..."
"He's just my brother's best friend, I hate him" she mocks me "There's no way I could ever like him"
"Oh shut up" I roll my eyes "What are you talking about?"
"What am I talking about? Oh nothing, just the fact that you haven't taken your eyes off him for the past 10 minutes."
"Who haven't you taken your eyes off, Sanchez?" Theo appears out of nowhere.
"What are you doing here, stalker?"
"Don't flatter yourself, we go to the same college and this is the coffee shop on campus" he smirks "I come here every day" Isa laughs softly and mouths the word sorry.
"Whatever, why are you even talking to me? Don't you have anything more interesting than annoying me to do?"
"Oh Sanchez, you know annoying you is my priority" he smiles "You're my number one girl"
You're my number one girl. I hate him, why did he have to say that? That's gonna be stuck in my head now, great.
"Bye Sage" I roll my eyes "I don't know if you noticed since you're so self-centered but I was having a conversation with Isa"
"Hello Isa, sorry for bothering" he turns to her.
"No problem Theo, I was heading out anyway" she stands up and grabs her purse.
"We were heading out" i say faking a smile.
"Okay, see you tonight."
"Bye Theo."

I ring the bell to Oliver's house and she opens up the door.
"Ugh it's you"
"Hi, I'm okay! Thanks for asking" I say sarcastically.
"What are you doing here?" Elena asks.
"Oliver invited me over to watch a movie, I brought pizza for dinner"
"Whatever. I'm going to my room, Oliver is in the living room with Gigi." Then she leaves me alone and closes the door to her room.
"Hey stranger" Oliver has his arm around Gigi's waist "I invited Gi to watch the movie with us, is that okay?"
Great, third wheeling.
"Sure, that's fine" I say before greeting Oliver's girlfriend "So, what have you guys been up to? I feel like I haven't seen you in ages, Oliver"
"Nothing much really, we've been mostly at Gi's and having dates around the city"
"Oh, that's cool" I feel awkward, this is really awkward.
"So, what movie are we watching?" Gigi asks.
"Ocean's 11" I reply "We've been meaning to watch it for weeks"
"Ohhh, cool. I've never watched it" Gigi replies "I love Ocean's 8 though, that one with Sandra Bullock and Rihanna, it's one of my favourites."
"Then you're gonna love this one" Oliver says with a smile "Sandra Bullock's character is Danny Ocean's sister, the protagonist in this one."
"What are you guys watching?" Elena comes out of nowhere.
"Ocean's 11, you should join us"
"Oh, thank you Gigi but that's okay! I should go to my room, I was just curious." Lena smiles.
"No, please stay! It's gonna be so much more fun if you do"
"If you insist" and she takes a seat next to me.

1 hour later, Gigi and Oliver have already fallen asleep, which means that Elena and I are the only ones still watching the movie. There's almost an hour left for it to finish so I ask:
"They're asleep and it's getting late, do you want to keep watching or should we watch it again another day?"
"Is it your bedtime already? I've always taken you for a night owl Sage."
"Don't be an idiot, I'm just saying that if you want to go to bed, that's fine. I can just head home."
"Theo, I'm okay and you can just stay over" she says "We have a guest room, that was already yours, you can just sleep there"
"Okay then, we'll keep watching the movie"
Not long after, she falls asleep on my shoulder and instead of waking her up, I just move her head to my lap to keep her comfortable and give her the blanket that is next to me.
I don't even finish the movie before my eyes close.
