The first thing I hear is breathing.

Soft and slow in my ear. The small puffs of breaths on my ear make me smile and I open my eyes.

I turn my head and I come face to face with Jennie completely asleep.

I blow in her face and her nose scrunches cutely. I blow again and she rubs her face and turns away, her bare back now facing me.

I smile and draw circles on her soft skin. It's warm and feels nice.

I bend forward and press kisses to it like I did for nearly a half hour before sleeping.

I've never felt this way....about anyone....so quickly before.

I dated Soojoo for a year and while I liked her and how good friends we were....it doesn't compare at all to how much Jennie makes me feel.

"Why can't you let me sleep?" She groans.

I grin against her skin and pull away. I push her onto her back and she rubs her eyes before staring at me still half asleep.

"You're pretty in the morning," she says quietly and reaches her hand up to hold my cheek. I smile and bend down, pressing a kiss to her nose.

"You missed," she says and brings my lips lower and pressing her lips again mine, kissing me in soft brushes.

When I pull away, I say, "No I didn't."

She chuckles and wraps both her arms around my neck. "So what now?"

"Whatever you feel comfortable with Jennie," I say and kiss her cheek. "This is your first time dating a woman. I would be fine with whatever you want to do right now."

"I want to spend the day with you."

I move up so that I can look at her better. "Again? I can't be that fun."

She frowns. "Who said you aren't fun? Did someone tell you that? Because you are fun! I find you fun! And if someone—"

I stop her rambling by kissing her and she melts.

I didn't understand what it meant to melt into a kiss but the way her body slowly becomes less tense and falls into the mattress more and the way my body just falls to rest on hers.....while we kiss softly.....makes me understand it.

I lift myself off. "Okay. So you want to spend the day with me. What should we do?"

"I want to see a movie."

"Okay."

"And I want you to teach me how to fight."

I blink. "Why?"

"In case it happens and you aren't there."

I frown. "What are you talking about?" I lean my forehead on hers. "I'm always going to be there. Nothing is going to happen to you."

"But still....." she waist a few moments before saying in a low voice, "after you leave....."

A pang goes through my heart and brush my nose against hers. "I....Once that day draws closer.... We'll discuss more. Okay?"

She sighs and moves her arms from around my neck, down the front of my shoulders, to my sides before wrapping around my waist and pulling my hips down on hers.

"Okay."

I smile and kiss her once more because her kisses make me soar.
