Say What?!

Okay this chapter and most likely the next few is just a fun idea I had where Glitch/Izuku gets transported to the canon universe and its mostly crack, with a little angst, but mostly crack and messing with some of the canon characters. You don't really have to read them bc they probably won't count much towards the story but I want to include them in this book, not just making another part ya know? cool, cool...enjoy

For the sake of this chapter, when they speak another language, it will be in bold. if they speak over comms, its bold and italic. I am doing this because google translate is not always correct and I don't want to type something I don't mean to write. I will say the language they are speaking, but when they speak it will be written in english, just in bold letters.

Example: "how are you today?" the person says in French/Spanish/English basically any language besides Japanese considering they canonically speak Japanese. If you need me to explain further, let me know in the comments.

Eraser's p.o.v

Glitch skipped patrol yesterday. I almost panicked and sent a search party out for the kid, but Tsukauchi reminded me that Glitch never patrols on the night of July 15th. Sansa chimed in and said that it was probably to rest after he did his purge patrol. I felt kind of stupid for forgetting that, but it's strange for Glitch to not patrol, so my worry is understandable. Sansa and Tsukauchi got a good laugh out of it though... I'll get my revenge later.

Izuku's p.o.v

Patrol started like normal, Eraser was confused as to why I was in a good mood considering the last week or so, but I just told him that my friends handled it and he left it at that. I mean the man knows that if I don't want to say something, I won't say it, so he just doesn't push anymore. The one time he did was years ago and I avoided him for a while, so ever since then he just doesn't push if it isn't life-threatening, which is really nice. So yeah, I'd say patrol started like normal, we got out coffee, talked a bit, and then started roof-hoping.

Which leads to now. Apparently, Eraser had to check out a suspicious warehouse because of a rumored trigger dealing. Trigger is some drug that's around a few years old, and because of its raising success rate, reputation, and ability to make your quirk stronger, more people are buying it. So, here we are, perched on a roof across the street and stalking a building and potentially people. Wait, can you technically stalk a building? Is that actually possible? Eh, who knows. We sit there for probably 40 minutes, bored out of our minds - mostly mine, pretty sure Eraser was halfway napping, I wonder how he does that - before a group of 5 people show up with what we assume is the goods. Technically, we can't do anything yet, so we wait for the buyers to arrive for proficient evidence or whatever they call it at the station. The buyers - another group of 5, guess they want even odds if it goes down the drain - show up about 15 minutes later. We quickly move to be inside the building and hide in the rafters above the second floor.

"Did you bring everything as promised?" The leader of the buyers asks. I didn't expect them to start speaking Spanish, but it's a good thing I know plenty of languages. I can feel Erasers confusion and frustration behind me, guess someone didn't learn Spanish in highschool. I tap his arm and translate what the lead buyer said in JSL. He nods in thanks and splits his attention between me and the thuggs below us as I translate for him. When the lead buyer and the lead dealer both have a hand on the brief case and money as they exchange it, we jump out and attack. We managed to take out 4 of the thuggs in our surprise attack as we dropped from the ceiling. The thuggs scramble as Eraser grabs two mutant types in his scarfs to knock them out and I push the pressure points of another thug, who looks to have an emmiter type quirk, and knock her out. Scanning the area, I can see that we've knocked out all the mutant types along with two obvious emitters and maybe a mental type? All that's left is the bosses and a woman on the buyers side, all who have unknown quirks.
