(Three weeks later)
(Third person)
Jake threw down his bags, a sigh of relief echoed in the apartment. Jake was finally home after what felt like years of him being away in London. His eyes open to glance round, but what he was looking for was not in his sights. Cassie wasn't sitting on the couch, nor, after wandering round to her room, was her, or her belongings.
Where was Cassie?
Well, Cassie was on her second date with her Tinder match, watching this self-absorbed male talk about himself. Cassandra's eyes rolled, listening to the same boring story he told about a fight that happened at school. Her eyes met with him, a false smile on her lips before dozing back into a fantasy land.
A guy sweeping her off her feet, like a damsel in distress. Her thoughts entranced her, begging for this story to end, but alas... it didn't.
"Then he went BWAM! And Connor fell on the concrete—"
Connor hit Tomas this, Connor fell to the ground that... all Brendan talked about was—
"Then Connor—"
"Enough." Cassandra whispered.
"Huh?" Brendan blinks in confusion, "Sorry, Cass, didn't hear ya, you okay?"
"Brendan, you've told me this story every single time we've gone on a date, at my place or at yours... do you have any other stories to tell, or even ask me how my day was... something other than Connor?" Cassandra blew some of her wig hair out of her sight, Brendan once again blinks in confusion.
"Sorry Cass..." Brendan's cheeks blotted into red as the embarrassment grew in his mind. "How have you been since the last time I saw you?"
Cassandra glanced toward Brendan before her lips pull into a small smile.
"I've been okay, just stressed about videos," Cassandra responds, taking another bite of food from her plate.
"Oh, you should make a music video," Brendan responds with a smile, "you're a very good singer, might as well put it into good use on the internet."
"That doesn't sound too bad, if I'm being honest," Cassandra replies.

Jake tried to call Cassandra multiple times, but to no avail, she didn't answer. Jake would message her, but the messages would go green and would let him know that the messages wouldn't send, he was blocked.
What did he do to be faced with this kind of behaviour? He couldn't think of a single reason for Cassandra to block him.
Jake sighed, messaging Colby if he had heard from Cassandra, but Colby revealed that he too was blocked, as was Sam and Corey.
He tried Tara, but she too said that Cassandra blocked him.
What was going on?

Cassandra was thinking about somebody else, somebody she really clicked with, but didn't know if he liked her back. His name was James Blackmore, he was very romantic, took things at a slow pace and would do anything to make Cassandra happy.
