It's not completely shown in the Show, and it hardly had any actual Design in the Games, so it's odd to see an actual, building-filled Town filled with People and Pokemon...

Slightly dipping her head out of the bag, she caught me off guard by suddenly bumping the Horn on her head onto the Ball, and a red light engulfs her, bringing her inside.
The Ball shakes once, then twice, and then third time before making a *Ding* Noise, confirming the capture.
