Our travel to Cherrygrove City was...

...Disappointingly Uneventful.

No Pokemon appeared to challenge us, even in the Tall Grass.

No Trainers were there to Battle against, since they were off doing their own things, like catching Bugs or playing with their Pokemon.

And most importantly...

No Team Rocket Grunts to be seen, whatsoever.

...While it isn't a bad thing, it still felt... a bit unsettling...

...Bea and Bun decided to continue following underground.

Mina and Sui, tired from the March, were sleeping inside the Bag.

And Via just idled beside me.

"...For a "Journey", everything has been pretty quiet so far." Via sighed, bored.

"I feel ya... Back in My World, this World was a Video Game, so Pokemon would fight you from the Grass whether you liked it or not. And Trainers were a Must if you wanted to continue going down the Route." I said.

"Video Game? Like a Game on a Screen?"

"Yup. You guys were nothing more than Fictional Pocket Monsters. ...Or at least, I thought you were..."

"...That is so weird to think about."

"It's probably best not to. ...On a different note, it's almost Lights Out, and the Town is Starting to come into view."

"It's about time."

After a bit more walking, we finally reached the Town's Edge.

'...It's so... Big. ...It still baffles me that the Towns are so much more... "Alive", compared to the Games.'

"I'm Kinda hungry. Mind if we go get a snack?" Via asked.

"Might as well. Any Suggest-"

A loud chatter interrupted us while we began to pass the Beach.

"...What's all the commission about?" Via asked curiously.

"...I don't know. The Bag is full, and I haven't Captured you, so you should go hide nearby. I'll fill you in on the details later."

"Aye aye, Captain."

She disappears into the Forest, and I start getting closer to the Crowd, hearing in on what they were saying.

"Poor thing..."

"What should we do? Call the Rangers?"

"It won't even let us come close..."

The commotion continued, and I was somewhat able to see what was going on...

A Pokemon was huddled on the Beach, seemingly protecting something, and snapping back at anybody who approached it.

...And their Leg seemed to be damaged heavily.

As the Pokemon continued to eye the crowd...

...Their gaze settled on me.

"...Souta? ...Souta!"

They began running towards my direction, and the People moved back in surprise, somewhat opening a path, and allowing me to see the Pokemon clearly.
