"Souta, I found something out about the Map."
It's been a few hours since we left New Bark Town. Via has been fiddling with the Map Tablet, finding out new Hidden Features as she did.
"Another Feature?" I said.
"I noticed when you used "Search" earlier, but whenever you do it sends a sort of "Radar" Wave across the Map, Marking any Pokemon that it reaches." She explained.
"A Radar... ...I guess that means I can rest assured that I'm not the only one who can see the Pokemon around me. Good work."
"Ha! I've been across many Timelines. Things like this are things you need to have a keen eye for."
"And that's quite the Keen Eye you have. I'll be counting on you to keep me updated on our Current Location."
"Sure thing, Boss! ...Although, why don't we just ride on Arc? He has the Splash Plate now, so shouldn't we be able to go by Water?"
"Arc is still resting. On top of that, he doesn't know very many Water-Type Pokemon, so the best he'd be able to turn into would be a Buizel or Floatzel. It would be great if we could find more Water Pokemon, but..."
"...Like that one?"
Looking towards where Via was pointing, I spotted exactly what we needed.
A Wailmer.
There were a few Wailmer swimming by, occasionally taking a bite of some Low Hanging Berry Bushes near the Edge of the Cliffside.
"...I guess those'll do."
Poking Arc a little, he slowly began to wake up from atop my head.
"Mmm... ...What time is it?" Arc lazily opened his eyes.
"Good Morning. ...Er, Afternoon. ...Look by the Water." I told him.
Looking over, he saw the View of the Ocean, fully waking in awe.
"...It's so... ...Vast..." He said.
"Have you ever seen the Ocean?"
"...I only manage to catch a glimpse of the it when we escaped the Rocket Base..."
"Look below."
Looking down, he spotted the Wailmer as well, who began to swim away.
"...Ah. ...Water Pokemon..." He seemed to understand...
"...I can see a Beach nearby at the bottom of the Cliff. We can take a break while you go out and explore the Waters."
"Can I!?" He was excited.
"Go for it. So long as you don't get lost or lose track of us, then you should be fine by yourself. Oh, and be careful of Fishermen as well. They'll probably try to reel you in."
"Alright!"
With one full Jump from my Head, Arc turned into a Buizel before taking a Dive.
'...I also should've told him to refrain from Transforming in front of others. ...But he looked like he was having fun, so I'm sure he'll be fine.'
"We better get to that Beach. I'd imagine everyone else is Suffocating in their Pokeballs right now." Via said.
"Ugh. I'm gonna get an Earful..."
Taking the Pokeballs from my Bag, I toss them, releasing everyone once again...
...And was immediately hit in the gut by Mina.
"WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG!?" She shouted angrily.
"S-Sorry. I didn't mean to leave you guys in there for too long..." I was unfazed by her hit...
