The "Battle Field".

A Place meant for Battles between Trainers via their Pokemon.

It was an extremely Wide and Open Area, with multiple different types of "Fields", like Standard Flat Fields, Water-Only Fields, Sky-Only Fields, and even Custom ones with Pokemon Generated Terrain.

All of these are managed by Elite Pokemon Trainers who decided to work here. They use their Pokemon in certain situations, stopping Fights that get too rough, working as the Referee, and fixing and changing the Terrain whenever it's damaged or requested.

Yesterday, before we went back to the Hotel, I went to the Official Pokemon Trainer's Management Facility, also known as the "TMF", and signed myself up as an Official Pokemon Trainer. Surprisingly, the process was Quick and Simple, with a quick Registration,.

The Trainer ID was very similar to a State ID you'd get back on Earth, with my Photo, Name, Age, Birth Date, and an Alphanumerical UID. There were a couple of other things, but those weren't really all that important to know, let alone memorize.

I also learned that it works like a Debit Card as well. I can make an Account at a Bank, and they'll register it under my Trainer ID. Afterwards, I can just use the Card whenever I want to buy things.

'They're pretty Advanced for a World that mostly focuses on Pokemon.'

"Hold it."

While I was trying to walk into the Battle Field, one of the Elite Trainers that was guarding the Entrance stopped me.

"You're a new face. If you want to enter, I'm gonna need to see your Trainer ID." He said.

Doing as he said, I took out my ID, and showed it to him.

"Souta Okazaki... 18 Years. And would you look at that? You have the same Birthday as me." He said, handing the ID back.

"Well isn't that a Coincidence." I said, putting the ID back in my Bag.

"I've never seen you here before. Need a rundown on how things work?"

"If you could. I don't want to accidentally break any Rules unknowingly..."

"Good Kid. Alright, the Rules are like so."

First Rule : No Over-Extensive Fights. Battles must Solely be between Trainers and their Pokemon. Fighting between Trainers is strictly Prohibited, and can result in a Temporary or Permanent Ban.

'Well, obviously.'

Second Rule : No Cheating. Artifacts are allowed, but only One Artifact can be used per Pokemon, not counting Items that do not effect Combat, such as an Everstone.

'...Wait.'

...I just realized...

...Some of my Pokemon are holding more than One Item at a time.

'...Well, it wouldn't be the craziest thing I've learned.'

Third Rule : Trainers cannot interfere between Battles with Pokemon. This will result in an Immediate Foul, and the Battle will End with No Winner or Loser. The Maximum Amount of Pokemon that can be used in a Battle is 6. Any Higher will result in an Automatic Loss.

'...People can Cheat?'

Fourth Rule : Bets are allowed, but only amongst the Battling Trainers, and so long as the Referee of the Match agrees with the Terms. Gambling with Living Beings, Pokemon, Living Quarters, or Properties/Items they Do Not Own will be Immediately Refused, unless someone of Higher Status proposes a "Court Battle".
