As requested, I'm there to talk with Nurse Joy like I promised.
"Oh! Good Morning! ...Wait, isn't it almost Noon?" She asked.
"I just woke up, so..."
"I see, I see. And Buizel seems to be doing fine. And... Oh? Is that her Child? Did it hatch last night?"
"That it did. She seems quite healthy too."
"That's good to hear."
...For some reason, there was an odd silence between us...
"...A-Anyways, you wanted to talk yesterday?"
"Oh! Yes! But before that..."
Taking out a Small Bag from under the counter, she digs through it.
Finally, she takes out a... Rotom Phone?
'...They have Rotom Phones in Johto?'
She was seemingly scrolling through her Messages... or Contacts. One of the two.
'...Didn't she want to talk?'
Finally stopping, she flips the Phone around, and shoves it in my face.
"My Sister said you could talk to Pokemon! Is this true!?" She said with a... slightly angry face?
"...Yes? ...Why are you so close?"
Jumping back, she crossed her arms and began tapping her foot.
"Hmm... I'm gonna need you to prove it really quick before we continue. Chansey!"
A Chansey quite literally pops from under the Desk, despite not physically having the Body Shape to fit under it
'...How the hell-'
"Yes, Boss!?" Chansey salutes (To the Best of their Ability).
"Chansey! I want you to have a conversation with this Man! If he does not understand you, then you are free to attack!" Joy ordered.
"Attack!? What-"
"Yes, Ma'am!" Chansey interrupts.
Hopping over the counter, Chansey confronts the Human before her.
"Hello!"
"...Uh... ...Hi?" I had no idea what was going on.
"My Name is Nami! I am the 1st Commander of Joy's Army, and have the highest Level on my Team!"
"...Okay, now can someone tell me what the HELL is going on!?" I shouted in confusion.
"Of the other 5 that Team Leader Joy holds, the only one who can barely match my Strength is Toff, the Wigglytuff!"
"Wha- Leader Joy!? Barely Match!? Can someone PLEASE explain this!?" I was growing crazier by the second.
...Chansey just stands there, holding a dumbfounded look.
"You... You actually understood?"
"Like HELL I could! Can you explain to me where this "Soldier" Attitude came from!?"
"...Hot Damn. This is something I didn't expect."
"You're telling me. \\...So what's up with Miss Only-Dresses-in-Pink over there?\\" I whispered, just out of Nurse Joy's range.
Looking back at Joy, Chansey gets closer and beckons me down.
Complying, I kneel down to her height.
"\\Truth is, I have no idea. She used to be like her Sisters, but one day she just suddenly had an odd Switch flipped.\\" She whispered.
