Quite the Surprise [Destiel/Sabriel AU]

Chapter 7

Meanwhile, Gabriel and Sam managed to get outside and were now venturing around behind Bobby's house. It was quite nice, actually. It was currently fall, so the trees were beautiful shades of orange, red, and yellow. The ground was smothered in a cloak of these colorful leaves. "Gabe, when are you going to change us back?" Sam asked. "Being a cat is.. interesting and all, but I would prefer being human."

"Weeeeeell... I haven't actually decided!" Gabriel laughed.

"Gaaaaaaaabe..." Sam sighed and sat down, causing his angelic passenger to slide off his back.

"Heeeeey, what's the big idea?!" Gabriel whined. "I was gonna get to that.. eventually!" he mewed, pawing at a leaf on the ground.

"I said I'd make you change us back earlier. I will do it now if you don't figure it out," Sam warned.

"And I said I'd like to see you try," Gabriel scoffed, puffing out his chest to look more 'intimidating.' Sam rolled his eyes and tackled Gabriel, pinning him to the earthy floor of the backyard.

"Oh, Samsquatch, I love it when you get all dominant like that!~" Gabe purred in a teasing matter. Sam grunted and plopped down on top of the trickster cat, squishing him with his weight. "Hey! Get off of meeee! I can't breathe!" he whined.

"Only if you agree to change all of us back into humans immediately."

"Fiiiiiiiiiiine... but all of us have to be in the same room, okay Samsquatch?"

"Fine. Come on, let's go find Bobby and tell him that it was you and not a witch that turned us into cats," Sam sighed, getting off of Gabriel and starting to head for the house.

"Hey, Sammy, wait!" Gabe called.

"Don't call me Sammy. And what do you want?" Sam sighed, turning towards Gabriel.

"Can I ride you?"

"..Fine, but only because I can make sure you don't run off that way."

"Awesome. Also, mind if I sit on your back? I'm too lazy to walk!" Gabriel chuckled.

"Wait, what?! I thought that's what you just asked me!"

"Oh, moosie. Don't be so naive."

"When you said 'ride' I thought you meant.. On my back.. Not.."

"Too late, you already agreed to it!~" Gabriel chimed and skipped over to him, hopping on his back. "Now onward, moose! We must leave your habitat of the forest! To the house!"

"I'm gonna kill you," Sam grumbled and continued walking towards Bobby's house.
