Sophie

Sophie stared at the man in horror as he casually tossed the fire from hand to hand, as if it was a toy. Another guy came out from the shadows and smirked at her. They were both wearing the same black cloak, with a creepy white eye sewn onto the sleeve.

"Hello, Moonlark." The man with the fire said. "Good to see you again."

Sophie, regaining her senses a little, glared at him, backing up further against the wall. "Go away! How did you get into my room? And who's the Moonlark?"

The man, who had started to form the fire into shapes, looked concerned. "Revenge... It's me, Fintan." Suddenly, his face turned dark. He turned to the other man. "Gethen... The Black Swan has taken her memories again."

Sophie turned pale. "What? What- what do you mean? Who's the Moonlark? Who's Revenge?"

Fintan shook his head at her, his eyes sad. "Please, Revenge... remember me. We were the best of friends, remember? We're both part of the Neverseen?"

Sophie shook her head, her hands beginning to tremble. "I don't know you. Get out. GET OUT!"

Fintan glanced at Gethen. "Gethen... do it."

Gethen nodded grimly, and began advancing towards Sophie. "Please, Revenge... don't make this any harder then it needs to be."

Sophie screamed as he pushed her down, and pinned her to the floor, placing his fingers on her temples.

Then... everything exploded.

Or so it seemed to Sophie. Colours, memories, emotions, flooded her as images flashed before her eyes.

Her, meeting the Neverseen for the first time... them welcoming her with open arms.
Going on missions to undermine the evil Black Swan, who had created her and aimed to use her as a weapon against the Neverseen. Ha. Their plan had backfired against them.
Her, receiving her code name- Revenge, and shedding the name the Black Swan had given her- Moonlark.
Being kidnapped by the Black Swan, only weeks ago, as three of their members held her down- a beautiful brunette, a girl with silver tipped hair, and a ice-blue eyed blonde boy- whilst their leader- Mr Forkle! Revenge realized with a bout of uncontrollable anger. He tried to trick me- drugged her and erased her memories.

The flood of images and memories slowed and Revenge slowly sat up, finding Fintan and Gethen watching her anxiously.
"Hello, boys." Revenge said, smirking evilly. "I'm back. And I'm going to make them pay."

Once Fintan and Gethen had finished going over the plan with her, Revenge nodded, her eyes glinting with excitement. "So..." Revenge said slowly, examining her nails. "Let me get this straight- I let Mr Forkle, who the headmistress has called out of concern for me, get close to me, then I capture him, and go to one of the Black Swan's hideouts in the Lost Cities using this." Sophie twirled a pure white leaping crystal between her fingers, a small smile playing on her lips. "I then make a big show out of it, blah blah blah, then I Iet them capture me. They'll try to erase my memories once again- and I assure you, they will fail- but I let them think they have succeeded, and they'll send me back here, but this time, with bodyguards, I'll bet. Most likely those two girls- what are their names? Biana and Linh. I stay undercover, and then, we tear down this place. Brick. By. Brick. And we capture the humans, beginning with... here." Sophie played with fire, forming a ball in her hands with it, as she had seen Fintan do. Gethen had accidentally triggered three more abilities of Revenge's when he had returned her memories. She was now a Pyrokinetic, a Conjuror and a Viewer (a previously unknown ability- she could see the present), as well as being an Inflictor, Telepath, Polygot, Teleporter and Enhancer. Revenge's fire flared in response to her satisfaction. She was pretty damn powerful.
